[BAL - Zay Flowers making an impact](=) Source: The Baltimore Banner - Jonas Shaffer Baltimore Ravens WR Zay Flowers has been 'fantastic' during OTAs, according to wide receivers coach Greg Lewis. 'His quickness and explosion show up daily,' Lewis said. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] We are giddy with excitement and anticipation for these reports about Flowers. He was one of our favorites at the wide receiver position in this draft class, and Flowers has plenty of "dog" to his game (in addition to physical traits). Flowers does not back down from a challenge, and he can make tough catches seem routine. At this time, the rookie first-round pick is no.3 on the depth chart behind Rashod Bateman and Odell Beckham Jr. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 2. [MIA - Dalvin Cook may be option for MIA](=) Source: The Miami Herald - Barry Jackson Minnesota Vikings RB Dalvin Cook likely will receive interest from the Miami Dolphins if he is released this offseason, according to The Miami Herald's Barry Jackson. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] If/when Cook is released, everyone is making the connection to the Dolphins. Cook played college ball at Florida State, and he regularly works out in Florida. The Dolphins have a packed room at the running back position. At this time, Raheem Mostert and Jeff Wilson are there with rookie RB Devon Achane to establish some form of RBBC in 2023. Cook would obviously change that if added to the roster, and he'd be the primary back with a sizable workload. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 3. [BAL - Charlie Kolar delivering in OTAs](=) Source: The Baltimore Banner - Jonas Shaffer Baltimore Ravens TE Charlie Kolar has been a 'popular target' during OTAs, according to Jonas Shaffer of The Baltimore Banner. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] An interesting note here for dynasty GMs. Kolar was a fourth-round pick of the Ravens in the 2022 NFL Draft. In college at Iowa State, Kolar flashed NFL ability with elite size and length for a move tight end. He needs to improve his 'my ball' mentality at the catch point, but he can get open with ease and has sticky hands. Currently, Kolar is no.3 on the depth chart behind Mark Andrews and Isaiah Likely. [PIT - TE Freiermuth Practicing at OTAs]( Source: Brian Batko - Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Pittsburgh Steelers TE Pat Freiermuth (knee) has been practicing at OTAs according to Brian Batko from the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Freiermuth injured his MCL in the 2022 regular-season finale. Over two pro seasons, the big-bodied tight end has posted low-end TE1/high-end TE2 numbers. With the addition of 2023 third-round TE Darnell Washington, we'll see how that impacts the snaps and targets for Freiermuth. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 5. [BUF - Von Miller optimistic about Week 1]() Source: 9News.com - Mike Klis Buffalo Bills LB Von Miller (knee) said he feels good with how his recovery is going and believes he will be ready for the start of the 2023 regular season. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Miller's injury was part of the reason the Bills' Super Bowl hopes were dashed last season. The team will be in a good spot to win it all if Miller can stay healthy for the regular season and the playoffs. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [100% Deposit Match Up To $100 At Underdog Fantasy]( --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 6. [DET - Rookie RB Gibbs Working First Team](=) Source: Tim Twentyman and Mike O'Hara - DetroitLions.com Detroit Lions rookie RB Jahmyr Gibbs was working with the first-team offense during recent OTAs according to DetroitLions.com. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Veteran David Montgomery has been out of action due to a leg injury suffered this offseason, so Gibbs is getting a lot of opportunities to impress with the starters. The first-round pick has plenty of speed, and he can make plays from all over the field as a runner and receiver. Fantasy GMs need to monitor how he's being used in the preseason because the rookie could have significant fantasy value in 2023. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 7. [TEN - Treylon Burks impressing at workouts](=) Source: TennesseeTitans.com - Jim Wyatt Tennessee Titans WR Treylon Burks has been one of the standout players during the offseason workouts, in the opinion of TennesseeTitans.com's Jim Wyatt. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Burks might be the most impressive player during OTAs this offseason. If healthy, Burks has some Deebo Samuel to his game because he's strong and can gash defenses after the catch. The Titans have to figure out their quarterback situation as this seems to be a 'last hurrah' for veteran Ryan Tannehill. We'll see if Burks can establish chemistry with rookie QB Will Levis who could take over at some point this season.
