[TB - Tampa Bay QBs splitting reps so far]( Source: NFL Network - James Palmer Tampa Bay Buccaneers QBs Baker Mayfield and Kyle Trask have had equal first-team reps at quarterback this offseason, according to head coach Todd Bowles. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] We'll see this split likely continue into training camp and the preseason. Mayfield has the leg up due to his starting experience, but Trask has been working as a developmental prospect for a few years. We'll see if Trask can push for the starting job, but most expect Mayfield to win the job. However, it wouldn't surprise us to see both players starting at some point this season. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 2. [SF - Christian McCaffrey loves his fit in San Francisco](=) Source: 49ersWebZone.com - David Bonilla San Francisco 49ers RB Christian McCaffrey told the Rich Eisen Show last week that the team's offense is 'a great fit for me' and something that has 'worked forever.''It's a great fit for me. It's a great fit for, really, any skill player. It's a great fit for O-linemen, too. I mean, the scheme is so fun. It's sustainable. It's worked forever. ... And it is nice being able to have an offseason under my belt where I can get comfortable with the details and the things beyond the X's and O's that I'm not learning game plan to game plan. So I'm definitely excited to be here, be surrounded by all these guys,' McCaffrey said. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] We love McCaffrey in the Shanahan offense as well. If he stays healthy, there is no doubt that he could end up as the no.1 fantasy running back in the 2023 season. He's going to be the centerpiece of what the 49ers do, and McCaffrey can still be a dangerous weapon as a runner or receiver. We'll see who wins the starting job at quarterback, but no matter who is lining up under center they will be better with McCaffrey in the lineup. --------------------------------------------------------------- FOOTBALLGUYS PICKS DOMINATE YOUR FRIENDS WITH A FOOTBALLGUYS PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION - Consistently winning at Fantasy Football is hard. [JAX - Evan Engram absent]( Source: Jacksonville.com - Demetrius Harvey Jacksonville Jaguars TE Evan Engram is absent from organized team activities Tuesday, May 30. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] No surprise here. Engram was franchise tagged earlier this offseason, and he's yet to sign his deal. Jaguars GM Trent Baalke said the team is "trending" towards a long-term deal for Engram. Most expected Engram to stay away from workouts while a new long-term deal is constructed. The two sides have until July 15 to get a deal done. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 4. [CLE - Cleveland interested in Matt Borghi]() Source: KPRC.com - Aaron Wilson Free-agent RB Max Borghi (Steelers) has received an invitation to work out for the Cleveland Browns. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Borghi has bounced around the league to a few different teams after coming into the NFL as an undrafted free agent (2022) out of Washington State. He was drafted by the Houston Roughnecks (XFL) last November, and in eight games this season he rushed for 310 yards (78 carries) and six rushing touchdowns. Borghi also showed his receiving ability, catching 21 passes for 139 yards for the Roughnecks. We'll see if he can impress enough to earn a longer look with the Browns. --------------------------------------------------------------- [100% Deposit Match Up To $100 At Underdog Fantasy]( --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 5. [BUF - Dalton Kincaid's role to be determined?]() Source: The Athletic - Joe Buscaglia Buffalo Bills TE Dalton Kincaid is in no way guaranteed to be the team's primary slot option in 2023, according to offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey, who told reporters Tuesday, May 30, that Kincaid's role is 'to be determined.''We're nowhere close to knowing what the big picture is going to be because we have to learn him and he has to learn us,' Dorsey said. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Kincaid might have been the best receiver available in the 2023 NFL draft - and he's a tight end. He's a weapon with the speed to rip the seam. Kincaid was a great addition for the Bills, and we're excited to see how the rookie is integrated into their offense as a tight end from in-line, the slot, or out wide.
