[] 1. [IND - Shane Steichen Indy's guy]() Source: ESPN - Adam Schefter Philadelphia Eagles offensive coordinator Shane Steichen will fly to Indianapolis Monday, Feb. 13, where he's expected to finalize a deal to become the head coach of the Indianapolis Colts. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] We're just waiting for the deal to be finalized. Steichen's offense in Philadelphia was one of the best in the league, and scoring points was not a problem. The Colts need to find a franchise quarterback, and that could come via the no.4 overall pick in the 2023 NFL draft. Steichen could find someone like Bryce Young (Alabama) or C.J. Stroud (Ohio State) available to him in that spot. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 2. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Reid did hint around before the big game that he'd have a big decision to make. For the last five seasons, Henne has been locked in as a backup to Patrick Mahomes. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 4. [] 6. [WAS - Greg Roman likely to interview with WAS]() Source: ESPN.com - John Keim Former Baltimore Ravens offensive coordinator Greg Roman is of interest to the Washington Commanders, and the team is reportedly trying to set up a date this week to meet with him to interview for their offensive coordinator vacancy. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Roman has had some success at various stops in the NFL. The Commanders seem content to move forward with QB Sam Howell as their starter, although we expect them to add competition to the room for training camp. That means they should be a run-heavy offense, and that's why Roman would make sense for them. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 7. [ARI - Jonathan Gannon to meet with Arizona]() Source: ESPN - Adam Schefter Philadelphia Eagles defensive coordinator Jonathan Gannon will interview for the Arizona Cardinals' head coaching vacancy Monday, Feb. 13. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Now that the Super Bowl is done, the Cardinals should finalize their head coaching search. Gannon was a hot name throughout the process, and the Cardinals have been waiting for his postseason run to be done. Some speculate he's the front-runner for the job. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 8. [ARI - Arizona's coaching search down to two?]() Source: ESPN.com - Josh Weinfuss Cincinnati Bengals defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo and Philadelphia Eagles defensive coordinator Jonathan Gannon are considered the top two candidates to be named as the new head coach for the Arizona Cardinals, according to a source via ESPN.com's Josh Weinfuss. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] The pendulum is swinging in Arizona. After going with an innovative offensive coach in Kliff Kingsbury, the Cardinals are now clearing emphasizing a coach with defensive experience. We should have a decision in the near future. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 9. [BAL - Baltimore touched base with Kliff Kingsbury](=) Source: CBS Sports HQ - Josina Anderson Former Arizona Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury reportedly 'had conversations' with the Baltimore Ravens - presumably regarding the team's offensive coordinator vacancy - recently, according to CBS Sports' Josina Anderson. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] The Ravens are trying to find a new coordinator to take their offense to the next level. They still don't have a new contract worked out with QB Lamar Jackson, and there is buzz building that a tag-and-trade is possible. Kingsbury has some interest out there as a coordinator after the Cardinals fired him as their head coach.
