Steichen's offense in Philadelphia was one of the best in the league, and scoring points was not a problem. The Colts need to find a franchise quarterback, and that could come via the no.4 overall pick in the 2023 NFL draft. Steichen could find someone like Bryce Young (Alabama) or C.J.
