In fact, it was before Pollard's injury in the Divisional Round that reports first surfaced about him getting the tag. That would give the two sides until mid-July to work out a long-term deal. [DAL - RB Ezekiel Elliott to take big pay cut to stay?](=) Source: Pro Football Network - Tony Pauline Dallas Cowboys RB [Ezekiel Elliott](=), who is scheduled to make $16.7 million in 2023, is expected to accept a 'large pay cut' to remain with the team, according to sources via Tony Pauline of Pro Football Network. He'll be tasked with crafting an offense as the Titans get ready for changes coming to that side of the ball. If they're not going with a high-priced veteran quarterback, then the Panthers will pursue a younger passer in the draft. They have the no.9 overall pick in the 2023 draft, and by that time three QBs (Bryce Young, CJ Stroud, Will Levis) could already be off the board.
