The 9-2 Kansas City Chiefs head to Cincinnati to face off against the 7-4 Bengals in Week 13's premier AFC matchup. Kadarius Toney will be inactive for the Chiefs with a hamstring injury. Injuries have plagued the Bengals recently, and this game will follow the trend. Both Joe Mixon and Ja'Marr Chase are listed as questionable. Looking at the late afternoon kickoff, this could leave fantasy managers in a bind. Chase was listed as a game-time decision last week with a hip injury and ultimately declared inactive. Because he was so close to playing last week, we expect him to suit up on Sunday. Additionally, head coach Zac Taylor said Chase is "trending optimistic" after Friday's practice. In last year's regular-season matchup against the Chiefs, Chase exploded for 11 catches, 266 yards, and three touchdowns. His big-play ability matched up against the Chiefs' exploitable secondary makes him a must-start wide receiver. Joe Mixon exited Week 11's game with a concussion, was inactive for Week 12, and has not logged a full practice since. As of Friday afternoon, he was still in concussion protocol. Taylor said they are "taking it on a 12-hour by 12-hour basis." That does not give us much clarity for Sunday. Hopefully, we will get a better answer before the early games kick off. As of now, Samaje Perine is a must-add in all formats. He has amassed 99 scrimmage yards and four touchdowns over the last two weeks and would assume lead duties again if Mixon misses. If he is unavailable and we do not get final word on Mixon before 1 pm EST on Sunday, it's probably best to pivot in your fantasy lineup. --------------------------------------------------------------- Now let's get to it. [CIN - Cincy confident Ja'Marr Chase will play in Week 13]() Source: The Athletic - Paul Dehner Jr. Cincinnati Bengals WR Ja'Marr Chase (hip) is 'on track' to play in Week 13 against the Kansas City Chiefs, according to comments made by head coach Zac Taylor on Friday, Dec. 2. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] If Chase is active, he's in your lineup. The Bengals will be smart and not rush him back before he is ready, but this is a pivotal game and the team doesn't have a big margin of error with a tough schedule down the stretch. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 2. [CIN - RB Joe Mixon still in concussion protocol](=) Source: Bengals.com - Geoff Hobson Cincinnati Bengals RB [Joe Mixon](=) (concussion) remains in the concussion protocol, according to head coach Zac Taylor on Friday, Dec. 2. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Samaje Perine could get another start Sunday afternoon against the Chiefs. It is a late start, so if you are waiting on Mixon and we don't get word he is cleared by Sunday morning, you might have to just plug in your early game option if you don't have Perine or another late/night game back on your roster. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 3. [SF - WR Deebo Samuel questionable](=) Source: NBC Sports Bay Area - Matt Maiocco San Francisco 49ers WR [Deebo Samuel](=) (quadriceps) was limited in practice on Friday, Dec. 2, after not practicing the day before, and he's listed as questionable for Week 13. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Keep an eye on this one but we're officially concerned. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 4. [IND - Indy's Week 13 injury report]() Source: Colts.com Indianapolis Colts CB Kenny Moore II (ankle) and OT Braden Smith (illness) did not practice Friday, Dec. 2, and have been ruled out for Week 13 versus the Dallas Cowboys. TE [Jelani Woods](=) (ankle) and CB Isaiah Rodgers (knee) were upgraded to a full practice Friday but are listed as questionable. WR [Keke Coutee](=) (illness), DE Ben Banogu (abdomen), C Ryan Kelly (knee, ankle), TE [Kylen Granson](=) (illness) and DE Kwity Paye (ankle) practiced in full Friday and have been removed from the injury report. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Woods could be a viable tight end play if he's active following his breakout game last week against the Steelers. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 5. [MIA - Miami's Week 13 injury report](=) Source: MiamiDolphins.com Miami Dolphins OT Austin Jackson (ankle) did not practice all week and has been ruled out for Week 13 versus the San Francisco 49ers. OT Terron Armstead (toe, pectoral) was upgraded to a limited practice Friday, Dec. 2, but is listed as doubtful. QB [Teddy Bridgewater](=) (knee) and RB [Myles Gaskin](=) (shoulder, ankle) were limited in practice Friday and are listed as questionable. LB Jerome Baker (hip), TE [Tanner Conner](=) (knee), CB Keion Crossen (shoulder), DT Raekwon Davis (knee), CB Kader Kohou (thumb), RB [Raheem Mostert](=) (knee) and QB [Tua Tagovailoa](=) (ankle) practiced in full Friday and have been removed from the injury report. LB Melvin Ingram (rest) and OL Rob Jones (back) were not given a practice designation Friday but are expected to play. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Armstead going out will be a test for the Dolphins offense. If Tua Tagovailoa has less time to throw downfield and faces a lot more pressure against the 49ers, Armstead's absence will be a big reason why. Mostert will return, but still run behind Jeff Wilson against both of their old team. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 6. [BAL - RB J.K. Dobbins to sit Week 13](=) Source: ESPN.com - Jamison Hensley Baltimore Ravens RB [J.K. Dobbins](=) (knee) will not be activated in time to play in Week 13 versus the Denver Broncos, according to head coach John Harbaugh. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Gus Edwards is still a safe RB2 as the lead back against a very beatable Broncos run defense. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 7. [HOU - WR Brandin Cooks to sit Week 13]( Source: HoustonTexans.com Houston Texans WR [Brandin Cooks](=) (calf) suffered a calf injury during the week and has been ruled out for Week 13 against the Cleveland Browns. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Nico Collins and Jordan Akins have a better chance of hitting as desperation play with the Texans target tree narrowed. Cooks isn't an essential hold right now. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 8. [CLE - TE David Njoku ruled out Week 13]( Source: ESPN.com - Field Yates Cleveland Browns TE [David Njoku](=) (knee) was ruled out Friday, Dec. 2, for the Week 13 matchup against the Houston Texans. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Harrison Bryant will get the start and could be a fine streamer because of the matchup at Houston and Deshaun Watson taking the field for his first start as a Cleveland Brown. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 9. [DEN - Week 13 injury report for Denver](=) Source: DenverBroncos.com Denver Broncos LB Dakota Allen (hamstring), TE [Andrew Beck](=) (hamstring, illness), WR KJ Hamler (hamstring) and DT Jonathan Harris (knee) did not practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 13 against the Baltimore Ravens. WR [Courtland Sutton](=) (illness) did not practice Friday, Dec. 2, and is listed as questionable. WR [Jerry Jeudy](=) (ankle) and S K'Waun Williams (wrist, elbow, knee) were limited in practice Friday and are also listed as questionable. LS Jacob Bobenmoyer (undisclosed) was limited in practice Friday but is expected to play. S Kareem Jackson (non-injury), DE Dre'Mont Jones (illness), OG Dalton Risner (shoulder), WR [Kendall Hinton](=) (foot), WR [Jalen Virgil](=) (hip) and PK Brandon McManus (quad) practiced in full Friday and no longer appear on the injury report. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Sutton and Jeudy aren't sure things for Sunday, and the Broncos offense, Russell Wilson's play, and the matchup vs. the Ravens aren't promising anyway. Check back Sunday morning for their statuses, but consider both what-the-heck WR3/Flex plays at best. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 10. [CHI - Week 13 injury report for Chicago]( Source: ChicagoBears.com Chicago Bears OT Larry Borom (ankle, knee), S Jaquan Brisker (concussion), CB Kyler Gordon (concussion) and QB [Trevor Siemian](=) (oblique) did not practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 13 against the Green Bay Packers. OT Riley Reiff (back) and CB Kindle Vildor (ankle) were upgraded to a full practice Friday, Dec. 2, but are listed as questionable. WR [Chase Claypool](=) (knee), QB [Justin Fields](=) (shoulder), WR [Dante Pettis](=) (illness) and LB Sterling Weatherford (concussion) practiced in full Friday and have been removed from the injury report. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Justin Fields will get the start this week. It's not clear if the team will lighten his workload as a runner to protect his injured shoulder. He's a boom/bust play, with less appeal now that Darnell Mooney is on injured reserve. [WAS - RB Antonio Gibson questionable Week 13]( Source: Commanders.com Washington Commanders RB [Antonio Gibson](=) (foot) returned to practice Friday, Dec. 2, and is listed as questionable for the Week 13 matchup against the New York Giants. His participation level Friday was not immediately revealed. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Gibson should play, but he's a low-ceiling what-the-heck flex with Brian Robinson likely getting more touches as the Commanders should be able to play conservatively on offense against the Giants. Robinson is the healthier Commanders back with more momentum right now. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 12. [JAX - WR Zay Jones listed as questionable]( Source: Jaguars.com Jacksonville Jaguars WR [Zay Jones](=) (chest) was limited during practice Friday, Dec. 2, and is listed as questionable for Week 13. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Check back Sunday morning to make sure Jones is active, but assuming he is, give him a WR3/Flex look in PPR leagues as he's coming off of a career game that was capped with a game-winning two-point conversion catch. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 13. [NYG - Week 13 injury report for NY Giants]( Source: Giants.com New York Giants OG Joshua Ezeudu (neck), CB Adoree' Jackson (knee) and OG Shane Lemieux (toe) did not practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 13 versus the Washington Commanders. WR [Darius Slayton](=) (illness) did not practice for a second consecutive day on Friday, Dec. 2, and is listed as questionable. RB [Gary Brightwell](=) (illness), WR [Richie James](=) (knee), TE [Daniel Bellinger](=) (eye), S Dane Belton (shoulder), LB Carter Coughlin (thigh), C Jon Feliciano (neck), CB Darnay Holmes (shoulder) and CB Fabian Moreau (oblique) were limited in practice Friday and are also listed as questionable. CB Cor'Dale Flott (concussion), DE Leonard Williams (neck), OT Evan Neal (knee) and OT Tyre Phillips (neck) practiced in full Friday and have been removed from the injury report. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Slayton, James, and Bellinger are all desperation play material as the targets by default in an undermanned passing game, but you'll need to check back Sunday morning to make sure they are active. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 14. [GB - Green Bay's injury report for Week 13](=) Source: Packers.com Green Bay Packers OT David Bakhtiari (knee, appendix) did not practice Friday, Dec. 2, and has been ruled out for Week 13 versus the Chicago Bears. S Darnell Savage (foot) did not practice all week and is listed as doubtful. LB De'Vondre Campbell (knee) and WR [Romeo Doubs](=) (ankle) were limited in practice all week and are listed as questionable. OG Elgton Jenkins (knee), RB AJ Dillon (quad), RB [Aaron Jones](=) (shin, glute) and QB [Aaron Rodgers](=) (thumb, rib) were limited in practice Friday but no longer appear on the injury report. LB Krys Barnes (hand), DB Rudy Ford (wrist), CB Shemar Jean-Charles (ankle) and TE [Marcedes Lewis](=) (rest) practiced in full Friday and have also been removed from the injury report. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Doubs could return this week, but Christian Watson is too hot to bench in your fantasy league with the Bears weakened defense up this weekend. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 15. [LAC - Chargers' final Week 13 injury report]( Source: The Athletic - Daniel Popper Los Angeles Chargers C Corey Linsley (concussion), OT Trey Pipkins III (knee) and WR [Mike Williams](=) (ankle) did not practice all week and were ruled out for Week 13 on Friday, Dec. 2. Also, LB Drue Tranquill (illness) and DL Breiden Fehoko (illness) did not practice but are listed as questionable, S Nasir Adderley (thumb) practiced in full and is questionable, and CB Bryce Callahan (groin), CB Michael Davis (knee), S Derwin James (hip), LB Khalil Mack (rest), LB Kenneth Murray Jr. (wrist) and OL Jamaree Salyer (knee) practiced in full and were removed from the injury report. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] DeAndre Carter will be a solid WR3/Flex option with Williams out. He has been a good play every time Williams has sat this year. Josh Palmer also gets a boost in his outlook with Williams still nursing an injured ankle. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 16. [TB - RB Leonard Fournette practicing Friday]() Source: PewterReport.com Tampa Bay Buccaneers RB [Leonard Fournette](=) (hip) was spotted at practice Friday, Dec. 2. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Fournette should play and split work with Rachaad White. It's not clear who the lead back will be and it could be the dreaded hot hand approach at least for this week. Consider them both what the heck flex plays against the Saints Monday night. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 17. [NO - Friday's practice report for New Orleans](=) Source: NewOrleansSaints.com New Orleans Saints S J.T. Gray (hamstring), TE [Juwan Johnson](=) (ankle), DT Malcolm Roach (illness), CB Bradley Roby (concussion), DT Kentavius Street (illness), DE Payton Turner (ankle), WR [Kevin White](=) (illness) and S P.J. Williams (knee) did not participate in practice Friday, Dec. 2. WR [Jarvis Landry](=) (ankle), CB Marshon Lattimore (abdomen), WR [Rashid Shaheed](=) (back) and LB Pete Werner (ankle) were limited. OL Josh Andrews (ankle), RB [Mark Ingram](=) (foot) and OT Ryan Ramczyk (rest) practiced in full. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Johnson is looking unlikely to play Monday night. Adam Trautman is a possibility as a desperation tight end if you are looking to replace Johnson. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 18. [PIT - RB Najee Harris says he'll play Week 13]( Source: The Athletic - Mark Kaboly Pittsburgh Steelers RB [Najee Harris](=) (abdominal) said Friday, Dec. 2, that he will play in Week 13 against the Atlanta Falcons. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Harris is a low-ceiling RB2, but he should be in lineups with this news. The Steelers will be able to feed the running game with the low-wattage Falcons offense as the opposition. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 19. [JAX - Jacksonville's injury report for Week 13](=) Source: Jaguars.com Jacksonville Jaguars RB [Darrell Henderson](=) (illness) did not practice Friday, Dec. 2, but is listed as questionable for Week 13 against the Detroit Lions. RB [Travis Etienne](=) (foot), WR [Zay Jones](=) (chest) and S Andre Cisco (shoulder) were limited in practice all week and are also listed as questionable. DE Roy Robertson-Harris (illness) practiced in full Friday and has been removed from the injury report. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Etienne should play, but JaMycal Hasty should be rostered for the stretch run, and we need to make sure Etienne isn't a surprise inactive Sunday morning. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 20. [DAL - WR Michael Gallup expected to play Week 13]( Source: The Athletic - Jon Machota Dallas Cowboys WR [Michael Gallup](=) (illness) is expected to play in Week 13 against the Indianapolis Colts, according to head coach Mike McCarthy on Friday, Dec. 2 [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Gallup is trending up after posting a season high in catches and yards last week. Odell Beckham hasn't joined the team and won't be ready for a few more weeks anyway, so Gallup's value is intact for now.
