We'll help you Win More At Fantasy Football. --------------------------------------------------------------- Injury Rounds [Josh Allen](=) | Right elbow injury | Awaiting information | Questionable Week 10 Allen was hit by a pass rusher and injured his throwing elbow. He remained in the game late in the fourth quarter but was seen shaking his throwing hand at times. After the game, Allen told reporters he had "slight pain" but "will get through it." Video replays suggest a sprain of a ligament around the elbow joint. These injuries don't always lead to missed time for quarterbacks but expect Allen to deal with stiffness and soreness that will affect his downfield velocity and accuracy. If the nerve injury (contusion or stretching) that led to Allen's elbow/forearm/hand discomfort does not improve quickly, his recovery may be even more complicated. Consider Allen to the probable side of questionable for now but Monday's evaluations will better define his short and long-term status. [Aaron Jones]() | Left ankle injury | Awaiting information | Questionable Week 10 Jones did not return to the game after a third-quarter injury. The Packers announced the injury as an ankle injury and Jones left the locker room with his left leg in a boot. The television broadcast angle was most consistent with a low ankle sprain. If the injury is low-grade and the ankle joint is stable, Jones may be able to practice and play this week. An immobilizing boot is sometimes used to limit swelling and isn't always an indication of a severe injury. Expect Jones to have further imaging on Monday. More Sunday injuries to monitor - [Adam Thielen]( >> ? concussion protocol - [Romeo Doubs]() >> Right high ankle sprain -- Doubtful Week 10 - [Deon Jackson]( >> Knee injury -- Awaiting information - [Evan Engram]() >> Back injury -- Awaiting information - [Christian Watson](=) >> Concussion protocol --------------------------------------------------------------- Follow Up Appointments [Jonathan Taylor]( | Aggravated right ankle sprain | Week-to-Week | Doubtful Week 10 Taylor re-injured his right ankle on a long run in Week 8 and did not practice last week. Frank Reich told reporters Taylor's condition was a "week-to-week" thing. Unfortunately, that terminology is usually coach-speak for a multiple-week injury. The Colts chose caution with their young running back this week. Consider Taylor doubtful until the team says he is fully recovered or there are clear signs of a return to strength during practice. [Ezekiel Elliott]( | Right knee sprain | Day-to-day | Questionable Week 10 The Cowboys elected to hold Elliott out of action in Week 8 to give him three full weeks of recovery through Week 9 bye. Elliott told reporters he was dealing with an MCL sprain rather than another PCL injury when questioned about the status of his hyperextended knee. Jerry Jones told reporters last week the team expects Elliott to practice this week and return to play. [Keenan Allen]( | Aggravated hamstring strain | Week-to-week | Out Week 10 | Target Week 12++ Allen told reporters his hamstring has not responded as well as hoped to the rehab and reconditioning process. A setback during the Chargers' bye week will have him out an additional 3-4 weeks. Los Angeles chose not to use injured reserve for Allen, suggesting there's a chance he can return before Week 13. More recoveries to monitor - [Ja'Marr Chase](=) | Right hip injury | Bye Week 10 | Target Week 12+ - [Mark Andrews]( | AC sprain (shoulder) | Bye Week 10 | Target Week 11 - [Deebo Samuel]( | Hamstring strain | Questionable Week 10 - [Darren Waller](=) | Hamstring strain | Questionable Week 10 - [Damien Harris](=) | Illness | Bye Week 10 | Target Week 11 - [Gus Edwards]() >> Hamstring strain | Bye Week 10 | Target Week 11+ - [Jarvis Landry](=) | Ankle sprain | Questionable Week 9 (MNF) - [Chuba Hubbard](=) | Ankle sprain | Questionable Week 10 - [Nico Collins]( | Groin strain | Questionable Week 10 - [Jahan Dotson]( | Aggravated hamstring strain | Doubtful Week 10 | Target Week 12+ - [Corey Davis]() | MCL sprain | Bye Week 10 | Target Week 11 - [Russell Gage]( | Chronic hamstring injury | Questionable Week 10 - [Josh Reynolds](=) | Back spasms | Questionable Week 10 - [Ryan Tannehill]() | Right ankle injury | Questionable Week 10 - [DeVante Parker]() >> MCL sprain | Bye Week 10 | Target Week 11 - [Mark Ingram II]() >> MCL sprain | Out Week 9 | Target Week 12+ - [David Njoku]() | Left high ankle sprain | Doubtful Week 10 - [Cameron Brate](=) | Concussion/neck injury | Questionable Week 10 --------------------------------------------------------------- Designated to return from injured reserve | PUP | NFI Updates - [Kyren Williams]() (RB-LAR) >> High ankle sprain | Returned to practice Week 8 | Week 10 return Currently Eligible to return from injured reserve | PUP | NFI - [James Washington](=) (WR-Dal) >> Left fifth metatarsal fixation | Target return Week 10+ - [Jameson Williams](=) (WR-Det) >> ACL reconstruction | Target return Week 13+ - [Elijah Mitchell]( (RB-SF) >> Right MCL sprain + | Target return Week 10 - [Damien Williams]( (RB-Atl) >> Rib injury | Target return Week 10+ Eligible to return from injured reserve | PUP | NFI Week 10 - [Treylon Burks](=) (WR-Ten) >> Left toe sprain | Target return Week 10+ - [Quintez Cephus]() (WR-Det) >> Left foot injury | Target return Week 10+ Eligible to return from injured reserve | PUP | NFI Week 11 - [Marquise Brown]() (WR-Ari) >> Left foot fracture | Target return Week 14+ - [Carson Wentz]( (QB-Was) >> Fractured right fourth finger | Target return Week 12+ - [Randall Cobb]( (WR-GB) >> Left high ankle sprain | Target return Week 11+ - [D.J.
