[DET - WR Kalif Raymond finishes with 95 total yards](#39) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 1. [CIN - QB Joe Burrow accounts for four TDs]() Source: NFL.com Cincinnati Bengals QB [Joe Burrow](=) went 34-for-42 for 481 yards and three touchdowns against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 7. He also rushed for 20 yards and one touchdown on three carries during the game. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Atlanta's shutdown corner A.J. Terrell went down early in this one and that helped make everything come easy for the Bengals offense. Burrow is rocketing up the quarterback ranks and he's easily among the top five now heading into a matchup with the Browns. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 2. [NYJ - Breece Hall done for the afternoon]() Source: New York Daily News - Antwan Staley Updating a previous report, the New York Jets have ruled out RB [Breece Hall](=) (knee) for the remainder of the Week 7 game against the Denver Broncos due to what the team said is a knee injury. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Michael Carter's speculative value shoots up on this news, but if the Jets are without Hall for any length of time, it could just make the offense sub-mediocre. We'll be monitoring this to know how to process it. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 3. [NYJ - WR Corey Davis injures knee]() Source: NFL.com New York Jets WR [Corey Davis](=) (knee) suffered a knee injury during the Week 7 game and is considered questionable to return. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Garrett Wilson and Elijah Moore could have more targets coming their way in upcoming weeks if this is a long-term injury, although the Jets face the Patriots next week, so it's probably not going to be a breakout game for either in Week 8. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 4. [ATL - TE Kyle Pitts quiet in Week 7]() Source: NFL.com Atlanta Falcons TE [Kyle Pitts](=) caught three passes for nine yards against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 7. He was targeted five times during the game. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] How many good games in a row will Pitts have to post for us to trust him? It's a rhetorical question because good games are not coming in this run-heavy no matter the game script offense. Pitts is just a what-the-heck tight end play against the Panthers. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 5. [ATL - Tyler Allgeier finds end zone]() Source: NFL.com Atlanta Falcons RB [Tyler Allgeier](=) rushed for 50 yards and one touchdown on 16 carries against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 7. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Allgeier was his normal mostly inefficient self, but he completed a goal-line plunge to put up a decent result for anyone who counted on him this week. The Falcons are going to stay committed to the run come hell or high water, so expect Allgeier to get about the same-sized workload next week against the Panthers. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 6. [CLE - Ankle injury for TE David Njoku]() Source: NFL.com Cleveland Browns TE [David Njoku](=) (ankle) suffered an ankle injury during the Week 7 game and will not return. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Harrison Bryant has been productive in a limited role. If Njoku can't go against the Bengals, Bryant will have Travis Kelce bye coverage potential next week. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 7. [DET - TE T.J. Hockenson held in check]() Source: NFL.com Detroit Lions TE [T.J. Hockenson](=) caught four passes for 48 yards against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 7. He was targeted five times during the game. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Hockenson wasn't bad, but he wasn't as foundational as we hoped he would be in a shorthanded Lions passing game. Backup tight end Brock Wright actually outproduced Hockenson and many mistook Wright for Hockenson on his receptions while watching the game. Hockenson should be in lineups against the Dolphins next week, but expectations are getting low after he posted a career-high game against the Seahawks earlier this season. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 8. [CIN - Two touchdowns for Ja'Marr Chase]() Source: NFL.com Cincinnati Bengals WR Ja'Marr Chase caught eight passes for 130 yards and two touchdowns against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 7. He was targeted 11 times during the game. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Chase got a little banged up in this one after he scored twice, so monitor the practice reports this week heading into the matchup with the Browns. He has overcome a few floor games to deliver value on his first-round pick price. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 9. [DAL - QB Dak Prescott has solid outing]() Source: NFL.com Dallas Cowboys QB [Dak Prescott](=) went 19-for-25 for 207 yards and one touchdown against the Detroit Lions in Week 7. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Prescott wasn't overly impressive against a weak Lions defense, but he was more than good enough for the win with a strong defense setting him up. He isn't going to be a preferred fantasy option in this more conservative approach, but Prescott is still a viable high-floor play against the Bears next week. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 10. [TB - WR Chris Godwin targeted 13 times](=) Source: ESPN Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR [Chris Godwin](=) registered seven receptions for 43 yards on 13 targets in Week 7 against the Carolina Panthers. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Godwin is putting up steady PPR production, but the ceiling games aren't going to come in this short-range passing game and limited-scoring-potential offense. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 11. [BAL - TE Mark Andrews blanked in Week 7](=) Source: ESPN Baltimore Ravens TE [Mark Andrews](=) did not have a reception on two targets in Week 7 against the Cleveland Browns. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Andrews came into the game banged up, which might have affected his output, but it was more hampered by the Ravens going back to an extreme run-heavy approach with the return of Gus Edwards. We'll keep Andrews in against the Bucs on Thursday night, but watch the practice reports closely and lower rest-of-season expectations for him. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 12. [DET - QB Jared Goff struggles in Week 7]() Source: NFL.com Detroit Lions QB [Jared Goff](=) went 21-for-26 for 228 yards, zero touchdowns and two interceptions against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 7. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Goff was supposed to be better with Amon-Ra St. Brown and D'Andre Swift back, but Swift was inactive after all and St. Brown left early with a concussion. He was still accurate on most of his passes, but Goff also turned the ball over four times and was not able to elevate a shorthanded offense against a good Cowboys defense. He'll hope to have more help against Miami today. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 13. [DET - WR Josh Reynolds not a big factor]() Source: NFL.com Detroit Lions WR [Josh Reynolds](=) caught one pass for eight yards against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 7. He was targeted two times during the game. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Reynolds missed Wednesday and Thursday practice coming out of the bye leading up to this one, which is never encouraging. We'll be watching his practice participation heading into the game against Miami next week to see if he'll be a suitable play. If he gets in a full practice and Amon-Ra St. Brown is out, Reynolds could still have some value next week. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 14. [CAR - RB Chuba Hubbard injured in Week 7]() Source: NFL.com Carolina Panthers RB [Chuba Hubbard](=) (ankle) suffered an ankle injury during the Week 7 game and did not return to the game. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Hubbard was set up to be a hot waiver pickup this week with 63 yards and a score on the ground, but if this injury is going to sideline him for any amount of time, D'Onta Foreman's speculative value grows even more. The Panthers get the Falcons next week. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 15. [CIN - TE Hayden Hurst catches six passes](=) Source: NFL.com Cincinnati Bengals TE [Hayden Hurst](=) caught six passes for 48 yards against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 7. He was targeted eight times during the game. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Hurst put up a solid result in a field day for the Bengals passing game. He is still mostly an outlet, but as defenses stay focused on the team's wide receiver trio, Hurst will be a viable streaming option at tight end. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 16. [CIN - WR Tyler Boyd has outstanding game]() Source: NFL.com Cincinnati Bengals WR [Tyler Boyd](=) caught eight passes for 155 yards and one touchdown against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 7. He was targeted nine times during the game. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Boyd caught a long score early and then got open at will against a banged-up Falcons secondary for the rest of the afternoon. This game will make it hard to keep him on the bench against the Browns next week. Boyd should be in our lineups going forward until he lets us down. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 17. [CAR - D'Onta Foreman rumbles for 118 yards](=) Source: ESPN Carolina Panthers RB D'Onta Foreman rushed 15 times for 118 yards in Week 7 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and he added two grabs for 27 yards on his only two targets. It was his fourth-career 100-yard game. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Foreman had a 60-yard run and got solid gains on most of his other carries. Chuba Hubbard suffered an ankle injury in this one, so Foreman becomes a fantasy RB2/flex play next week against Atlanta and the hottest waiver pickup of the week. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 18. [CLE - Nothing doing for QB Jacoby Brissett](=) Source: ESPN Cleveland Browns QB [Jacoby Brissett](=) completed 22-of-27 passes for 258 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions in Week 7 against the Baltimore Ravens while running for 18 yards. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Brissett played well, but a fumble in his own end led to a score and that was too much to overcome for the Browns. Brissett's fantasy result wasn't that exciting, but his quality of play was improved from the debacle the offense posted against the Patriots last week. He'll be a viable QB2/Superflex against the Bengals next week. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 19. [DET - RB Jamaal Williams has decent outing]() Source: NFL.com Detroit Lions RB [Jamaal Williams](=) rushed for 79 yards on 15 carries against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 7. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Williams also had a key fumble at the goal line to shut down whatever chance the Lions had to come back against the Cowboys. He ran the ball well and should still be in lineups as an RB2/Flex against the Dolphins next week if D'Andre Swift is still out. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 20. [NYG - Six receptions for Wan'Dale Robinson]() Source: NFL.com New York Giants WR Wan'Dale Robinson caught six passes for 50 yards against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 7. He was targeted eight times during the game. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Robinson doubled his catch total from last week and was on the field a lot more than he was in his return last week, when he was only on the field for 15 snaps. He's a WR3/Flex against the Seahawks next week and should lead the Giants in targets going forward. [CAR - WR D.J. Moore gets back into end zone](=) Source: ESPN Carolina Panthers WR [D.J. Moore](=) registered seven receptions for a season-high 69 yards and a touchdown on 10 targets in Week 7 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Moore finally had a good enough game to help fantasy teams win, and just when all hope seemed to be lost for this offense. He should go back into lineups against the banged-up Falcons secondary next week and might be on your waiver wire if his fantasy team got impatient. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 22. [CIN - WR Tee Higgins finishes with 93 yards]() Source: NFL.com Cincinnati Bengals WR [Tee Higgins](=) caught five passes for 93 yards against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 7. He was targeted seven times during the game. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Higgins was actually the least productive Bengals receiver by a large margin this week, which shows you how productive the passing game was against the Falcons, even though they barely passed in the second half. Higgins' turn to have a ceiling game will come eventually, maybe next week against the Ravens. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 23. [DAL - Two touchdowns for RB Ezekiel Elliott]() Source: NFL.com Dallas Cowboys RB [Ezekiel Elliott](=) rushed for 57 yards and two touchdowns on 15 carries against the Detroit Lions in Week 7. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Elliott took a hit to his knee that looked worrisome but returned to the game. Keep an eye on him this week in practice. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 24. [DAL - WR Michael Gallup kept off stat sheet]() Source: NFL.com Dallas Cowboys WR [Michael Gallup](=) was targeted two times during the Week 7 game against the Detroit Lions but finished with zero receptions. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Gallup was overshadowed by Noah Brown in Dak Prescott's return to the field. Gallup isn't an essential hold with the Cowboys looking like a low-volume passing team going forward. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 25. [TB - RB Leonard Fournette mostly bottled up](=) Source: ESPN Tampa Bay Buccaneers RB [Leonard Fournette](=) rushed eight times for 19 yards in Week 7 against the Carolina Panthers while adding two receptions for seven yards on his three targets. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Fournette's steady helping of short passes was cut off in this one and he failed on a fourth and short that was just one disappointment in a day of futility for the offense. Fournette's floor came into view today after he had posted ceiling games recently going into this one. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 26. [BAL - RB Gus Edwards runs for two touchdowns](=) Source: ESPN Baltimore Ravens RB [Gus Edwards](=) rushed 16 times for 66 yards and two touchdowns in Week 7 against the Cleveland Browns, and he did not have any catches with one target. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Edwards was used heavily from the outset and looks like the lead back as Kenyan Drake was ineffective and Justice Hill almost fumbled away the game late in the fourth quarter. He'll be worth most of our remaining waiver wire bucks if he's still out there this week. Edwards will have a short turnaround before facing the Bucs defense Thursday that the Panthers eviscerated today. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 27. [JAX - RB Travis Etienne plays well in Week 7]() Source: NFL.com Jacksonville Jaguars RB [Travis Etienne](=) rushed for 114 yards and one touchdown on 14 carries against the New York Giants in Week 7. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Etienne was the clear lead back in this one and other than a fumble into the end zone, he looked the part. Expect James Robinson to be the backup going forward, and not an essential hold in short-bench leagues. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 28. [TB - WR Mike Evans flirts with triple digits](=) Source: ESPN Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR [Mike Evans](=) registered game highs with nine catches, 96 yards and 15 targets in Week 7 against the Carolina Panthers. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Evans had a solid game for fantasy, but it could have been huge if he hadn't dropped a long touchdown early in the game that seemed to set back the offense for the rest of the day. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 29. [JAX - QB Trevor Lawrence throws for 310 yards]() Source: NFL.com Jacksonville Jaguars QB [Trevor Lawrence](=) went 22-for-43 for 310 yards, zero touchdowns and zero interceptions against the New York Giants in Week 7. He also rushed for three yards and one touchdown on four carries during the game. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Lawrence was able to get more long gains in the passing game, but failure at the worst possible moment came up a few times for this offense today, and it led to the loss. Lawrence has three rushing scores in the last two games, but will face a tough matchup against the Broncos next week. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 30. [BAL - WR Devin Duvernay is the best of the lot](=) Source: ESPN Baltimore Ravens WR [Devin Duvernay](=) posted two receptions for a team-high 42 yards on three targets in Week 7 against the Cleveland Browns. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Duvernay was supposed to be more heavily involved (with an exclamation point!) according to offensive coordinator Greg Roman, but the passing game was put on the back burner with the return of Gus Edwards. It's hard to make a good case for keeping Duvernay with Rashod Bateman back and a run-heavy offense in effect. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 31. [CLE - RB Nick Chubb totals 107 scrimmage yards](=) Source: ESPN Cleveland Browns RB [Nick Chubb](=) rushed 16 times for a game-high 91 yards and a touchdown in Week 7 against the Baltimore Ravens while posted two grabs for 16 yards on three targets. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Chubb was a bright spot in the game as he delivered as usual. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 32. [BAL - QB Lamar Jackson contained in Week 7](=) Source: ESPN Baltimore Ravens QB [Lamar Jackson](=) completed just 9-of-16 passes for 120 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions while running for 59 yards on 10 attempts in Week 7 against the Cleveland Browns. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Jackson was held in check as a passer, but the return of Gus Edwards helped establish the run and the offense reverted to the grossly run-heavy split we saw in 2019, without the efficient passing that made Jackson the MVP. Jackson is in a fantasy slump, but we'll likely stick with him against the Bucs on Thursday. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 33. [JAX - RB James Robinson not involved in offense]() Source: NFL.com Jacksonville Jaguars RB [James Robinson](=) did not receive any carries during the Week 7 game against the New York Giants and was unable to catch his only target in the passing game. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Robinson was not on the injury report this week but it sounds like he may be dealing with an issue. "Yeah, something we have to evaluate him and see where he is at physically health-wise and all of that," Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson said after the game per SI.com. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 34. [NYG - QB Daniel Jones surpasses 300 total yards]() Source: NFL.com New York Giants QB [Daniel Jones](=) went 19-for-30 for 202 yards and one touchdown against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 7. He also rushed for 107 yards and one touchdown on 11 carries during the game. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Jones got free as a runner more than once, made good decisions, and was safe with the ball throwing to a very limited group of receivers. He has been the biggest reason the team has started 6-1 and has increasing value heading into a matchup with Seattle. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 35. [TB - QB Tom Brady does nothing in stunning loss](=) Source: ESPN Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB [Tom Brady](=) completed 32-of-49 passes for 290 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions in Week 7 against the Carolina Panthers. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Brady hit a nadir in his time with the Bucs in this one. The short passing game isn't getting it done and the team can't establish the run, so it has been a frustrating season. Mike Evans dropped an easy long score early and the offense never really recovered. The Bucs are still tied for first going into a game against the Ravens on Thursday. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 36. [TEN - QB Ryan Tannehill hopes to play in Week 8]() Source: NFL.com Tennessee Titans QB [Ryan Tannehill](=) (ankle) injured his ankle during the Week 7 game but said he will do what he can in order to play in Week 8. He was wearing a walking boot after the Week 7 game. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] The Titans face the Texans next week. If Tennessee is going to have to start rookie Malik Willis (who fumbled on a handoff from Tannehill today - yes you read that correctly), at least it will be against an inferior opponent. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 37. [JAX - WR Christian Kirk nearly reaches 100 yards]() Source: NFL.com Jacksonville Jaguars WR [Christian Kirk](=) caught seven passes for 96 yards against the New York Giants in Week 7. He was targeted 10 times during the game. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Kirk caught a ball at the one-yard line on the last play of the game, but couldn't get across the goal line to give the team a chance to win. He has been a fantasy slump lately, but did enough to give us reason to start him as a WR3/Flex against the tough Broncos defense next week. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 38. [NYG - RB Saquon Barkley rushes for over 100 yards]() Source: NFL.com New York Giants RB [Saquon Barkley](=) rushed for 110 yards on 24 carries against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 7. He also caught four passes for 25 yards during the game. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Barkley continues to roll as the Giants continue to win. He was his normal effective self. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 39. [DET - WR Kalif Raymond finishes with 95 total yards]() Source: NFL.com Detroit Lions WR [Kalif Raymond](=) caught five passes for 75 yards against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 7. He also rushed for 20 yards on two carries during the game. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Raymond led the Lions depleted passing game and posted a solid result if you were depending on him because your fantasy team was also shorthanded this week. If Josh Reynolds practice outlook doesn't improve and Amon-Ra St. Brown doesn't get out of concussion protocol in time to play against the Dolphins next week, Raymond's value will persist.
