[MIA - QB Tua Tagovailoa, QB Teddy Bridgewater still in protocol](#16) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 1. [ATL - TE Kyle Pitts in question for Week 6]( Source: ESPN.com - Michael Rothstein Atlanta Falcons TE [Kyle Pitts](=) (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Week 6 against the San Francisco 49ers. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] You probably don't have a better option than Pitts at tight end if he's active, despite how disappointing he has been to date. Check back on Sunday to see if he's going to play. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 2. [LAR - RB Cam Akers falling out of favor in Los Angeles?]() Source: The Athletic - Jourdan Rodrigue Los Angeles Rams RB [Cam Akers](=) (personal) did not practice Friday, Oct. 14, and has been ruled out for Week 6 against the Carolina Panthers. Head coach Sean McVay told reporters Friday that both parties are 'working through some things' and declined to say whether he believes Akers will be part of the future of the team. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Darrell Henderson is now a clear start as a borderline RB1, with Malcolm Brown backing him up against the Panthers. Henderson's value is way up on this news and we'll see if the Rams make a move at running back, which would be ominous for Akers' value going forward. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 3. [PIT - RB Najee Harris feeling better?]( Source: Pittsburgh Post-Gazette - Brian Batko Pittsburgh Steelers RB [Najee Harris](=) had been playing with a stilt or plate in the same foot that he suffered a Lisfranc sprain in this summer since he returned to action. However, Harris reportedly took the device out a few days ago, according to Brian Batko of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] We were assured that it wouldn't be an issue, but it obviously is an issue. It helps explain why Harris has been disappointing and gives some hope for a bounceback, but the team was praising Jaylen Warren and the offense hasn't exactly been prolific, so Harris remains a low-ceiling RB2 against the Bucs. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 4. [LAC - WR Keenan Allen likely questionable](=) Source: ESPN.com - Jeremy Fowler Los Angeles Chargers WR [Keenan Allen](=) (hamstring) is considered likely to be questionable in Week 6, according to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler on Friday, Oct. 14. Fowler reported that 'if [Allen] feels any apprehension, they will hold him out a fifth consecutive game.' The Chargers will release their final injury report with designations Saturday. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Allen almost certainly had a setback when he walked off of the field during practice with a trainer a few weeks ago, so the Chargers will be very cautious with him. You'll need to have a hedge on the Broncos or Chargers roster if you want to wait for Keenan Allen. Make sure to play Mike Williams this week with the added upside that comes with Allen being inactive or limited. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 5. [IND - RB Jonathan Taylor practicing Friday]( Source: The Athletic - Zak Keefer Indianapolis Colts RB [Jonathan Taylor](=) (ankle) was present for practice Friday, Oct. 14. This marks the second consecutive day Taylor has practiced. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Taylor has a chance to play against Jacksonville according to head coach Frank Reich. Nyheim Hines was out of the red non-contact jersey today, but has one more step to go before clearing concussion protocol. We won't know who is a viable play until game time. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 6. [BAL - RB Gus Edwards inching closer to game action](=) Source: The Athletic - Jeff Zrebiec Baltimore Ravens RB Gus Edwards (knee) is 'getting close' to a return, according to head coach John Harbaugh. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Edwards is only worth a pre-emptive add in deep leagues. J.K. Dobbins should have his pitch count raised soon and Justice Hill looked good before hurting his hamstring and he'll be back soon. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 7. [CAR - WR D.J. Moore good to go]() Source: Panthers.com Carolina Panthers WR [D.J. Moore](=) (shoulder) was taken off the final injury report Friday, Oct. 14, and is good to go for the Week 6 matchup against the Los Angeles Rams. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] P.J. Walker can't be worse for Moore's value than Baker Mayfield was, but the best path to value for fantasy players is if Moore gets traded to a wide receiver need team in a fire sale. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 8. [CIN - WR Tee Higgins returns Friday](=) Source: ESPN.com - Ben Baby Cincinnati Bengals WR [Tee Higgins](=) (ankle) returned as a limited participant for practice Friday, Oct. 14, after not practicing at all earlier in the week. Head coach Zac Taylor considers Higgins day-to-day and likely a game-time decision for Week 6. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Higgins will have extra risk if he does go, but his upside against a Saints secondary that just gave up three long touchdowns through the air to the Seahawks makes him worth a spot if active. [BAL - WR Rashod Bateman absent Friday](=) Source: ESPN.com - Jamison Hensley Baltimore Ravens WR [Rashod Bateman](=) (foot) was not present for practice Friday, Oct. 14, and has yet to participate in any fashion since injuring his foot in Week 4. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Bateman is out for Week 6 against the Giants. Devin Duvernay is a solid WR3/Flex with upside this week. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 10. [TB - Tampa Bay's Week 6 injury report](=) Source: Buccaneers.com Tampa Bay Buccaneers DE Akiem Hicks (foot), CB Sean Murphy-Bunting (quad) and DB Logan Ryan (foot) did not practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 6 against the Pittsburgh Steelers. WR [Julio Jones](=) (knee) also did not practice all week and is listed as doubtful. S Mike Edwards (elbow) was limited in practice all week and is listed as questionable. LB Lavonte David (rest) and WR [Mike Evans](=) (rest) did not practice Friday, Oct. 14, but are expected to play. TE [Cameron Brate](=) (concussion), WR [Jaelon Darden](=) (tooth), CB Carlton Davis (hip), WR [Russell Gage](=) Jr. (ankle), WR [Chris Godwin](=) (hip, knee, rest), LB Carl Nassib (illness), WR [Breshad Perriman](=) (knee, hamstring), OT Donovan Smith (elbow) and DT William Gholston (rest) practiced in full Friday and have been removed from the injury report. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Gage being off of the injury report is good news, but he hasn't been a big part of the Bucs pass offense despite their dink-and-dunk approach. He could be a waiver wire pickup next week after he faces a depleted Steelers secondary this week. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 11. [BUF - Week 6 injury report for Buffalo]( Source: BuffaloBills.com Buffalo Bills WR [Jake Kumerow](=) (ankle) did not practice all week and has been ruled out for Week 6 versus the Kansas City Chiefs. DT Jordan Phillips (hamstring) was limited in practice all week and is listed as questionable. CB Christian Benford (hand), RB Taiwan Jones (knee) and TE [Dawson Knox](=) (foot, hamstring) were limited in practice Friday, Oct. 14, but no longer appear on the injury report. LB Tremaine Edmunds (hamstring), CB Kaiir Elam (foot), DE DaQuan Jones (hip), CB Cam Lewis (forearm), WR [Isaiah McKenzie](=) (concussion), C Mitch Morse (elbow), DT Ed Oliver (ankle) and S Jordan Poyer (ribs) practiced in full Friday and have also been removed from the injury report. WR [Stefon Diggs](=) (rest) did not practice Friday but is expected to play. LB Von Miller (rest) and OG Rodger Saffold (rest) were not given a practice designation Friday but are also expected to be available. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Knox being taken off of the injury report means he's good to go for Sunday. He hasn't done much for us in fantasy leagues but is still startable because of Josh Allen. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 12. [KC - Kansas City's Week 6 injury report]( Source: Chiefs.com Kansas City Chiefs S Bryan Cook (concussion), DB Rashad Fenton (hamstring) and DE Tershawn Wharton (knee) did not practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 6 versus the Buffalo Bills. DB Chris Lammons (hip), PK Harrison Butker (ankle), DE Frank Clark (illness), DE Michael Danna (calf), TE [Travis Kelce](=) (hip, back), LB Nick Bolton (quad), WR [Mecole Hardman](=) (heel), WR [Skyy Moore](=) (ankle), OG Trey Smith (pectoral), WR [JuJu Smith-Schuster](=) (hamstring, quad) and S Justin Reid (hand) practiced in full Friday, Oct. 14, and have been removed from the injury report. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Looks like Harrison Butker will make his return this week. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 13. [ATL - Atlanta's injury report for Week 6]() Source: AtlantaFalcons.com Atlanta Falcons LB Mykal Walker (groin) did not practice all week and has been ruled out for Week 6 versus the San Francisco 49ers. TE [Kyle Pitts](=) (hamstring) and LB Adetokunbo Ogundeji (shoulder) were limited in practice all week and are listed as questionable. OG Elijah Wilkinson (knee) was limited in practice for a second straight day on Friday, Oct. 14, and is also listed as questionable. P Bradley Pinion (personal) was not given a practice designation Friday but is expected to play. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] With Walker out, this could be a breakout game for second-round pick Troy Andersen in IDP leagues. He'll have a lot of opportunity for tackles against the 49ers running game. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 14. [PIT - Week 6 injury report for Pittsburgh]() Source: Steelers.com Pittsburgh Steelers CB Cameron Sutton (hamstring), CB Ahkello Witherspoon (hamstring) and S Minkah Fitzpatrick (knee) did not practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 6 versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. DE DeMarvin Leal (knee) did not practice Friday, Oct. 14, and has also been ruled out. TE [Pat Freiermuth](=) (concussion) was limited in practice all week, while CB Levi Wallace (concussion) was limited for a second straight day on Friday; both players have been ruled out. WR [Diontae Johnson](=) (hip), S Terrell Edmunds (concussion), DT Montravius Adams (hip), C Mason Cole (foot), TE [Zach Gentry](=) (knee) and DT Larry Ogunjobi (back) practiced in full Friday and no longer appear the injury report. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] The Steelers secondary is dangerously short-handed against Tom Brady. Expect a lot of success through the air for the Buccaneers and consider Tampa stacks in your DFS lineups. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 15. [NYG - Wan'Dale Robinson trending toward return]() Source: The Athletic - Dan Duggan New York Giants WR Wan'Dale Robinson (knee) has a chance to play in Week 6 against the Baltimore Ravens, and head coach Brian Daboll expressed optimism Friday, Oct. 14, that Robinson will return for the first time since Week 1. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Robinson is worth a pickup in a deeper league, but we'll need to see him play well before we trust him in a lineup. He could lead the team in receptions from here on out, but it's not clear that will amount to a fantasy-relevant player in this desert of a passing offense. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 16. [MIA - QB Tua Tagovailoa, QB Teddy Bridgewater still in protocol]( Source: The Miami Herald - Barry Jackson Miami Dolphins QBs [Tua Tagovailoa](=) (concussion) and [Teddy Bridgewater](=) (concussion) remain in the league's concussion protocol as of Friday, Oct. 14. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Skylar Thompson is expected to get the start, but you still have to play Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle and hope for the best.
