However, the team reportedly has no interest in honoring that request. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Hunt is due 3.4 million in active per game bonuses, $200,000 per game, and a base salary of only 1.35 million, so his compensation is reasonable for what he can provide. Hunt is good enough to be a three-down lead back, but no team has a need for that right now. With Deshaun Watson likely out for some, if not all of the season, the team will need to rely on their running game even more, so they will be in no hurry to trade Hunt unless a team is willing to give a top 100 pick AND give Hunt a new deal at a position that is diminishing in value every year.
