[LAR - WR Robert Woods on track with his rehab]() Source: Pro Football Network - Aaron Wilson Updating a previous report, Los Angeles Rams WR [Robert Woods](=) (knee) jogged for the first time since tearing his anterior cruciate ligament in practice in November on Wednesday, Feb. 9. According to Woods, he expects to be cleared in time to participate in minicamp this spring. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] More good news about Woods recovery here. He's on track, and if he's ready by minicamp that's a spectacular recovery time. However, even if he's ready in June the team should limit him and ease him back into action. [ATL - ATL working to keep RB Cordarrelle Patterson]() Source: AtlantaFalcons.com - Scott Bair Atlanta Falcons RB/WR [Cordarrelle Patterson](=) has mutual interest in returning to the Falcons next season, and team owner Arthur Blank hopes to retain him. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Patterson is the type of player who can do anything the team asks him to do. He's flourished with the Falcons as a RB/WR hybrid who can make big plays as a runner or as a receiver. It's not a great group of running backs in free agency, and Patterson is arguably the best one potentially available. In order to sign Patterson, the Falcons would have to do some salary cap gymnastics this offseason. According to OvertheCap.com, the Falcons are over the cap by $6.6 million. [DEN - Ola Adams added to Denver's coaching staff]( Source: Pro Football Network - Aaron Wilson Former University of Temple co-defensive coordinator Ola Adams was hired as the assistant secondary coach for the Denver Broncos recently, according to a source. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Adams has coached on both sides of the ball, but mainly he's been a defensive coach during his time at Temple. A former player, Adams is on staff before the Broncos have a new defensive coordinator. That's because the man they want to hire to fill that role, Rams secondary coach/passing game coordinator Ejiro Evero is in the Super Bowl. [JAX - Press Taylor set to become Jacksonville OC]() Source: NFL Network - Tom Pelissero Former Indianapolis Colts senior offensive assistant Press Taylor reportedly agreed to terms on an undisclosed contract to become the new offensive coordinator of the Jacksonville Jaguars on Thursday, Feb. 10, according to a source. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Taylor worked with QB Carson Wentz last year with the Colts, but he does have previous working history with new Jaguars coach Doug Pederson. He was Pederson's quarterbacks coach in Philadelphia for three seasons. Taylor doesn't have much of a track record, but he's clearly a Pederson favorite and now the two get to guide an incredible talent in 2021 no.1 overall pick QB Trevor Lawrence. [CLE - Chris Kiffin returns to old job in Cleveland]( Source: ESPN.com University of Mississippi co-defensive coordinator Chris Kiffin, who spent the past two seasons serving as the defensive line coach for the Cleveland Browns, returned to his old role Thursday, Feb. 10. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Kiffin was formally announced as Ole Miss' co-defensive coordinator last month, but he had a change of heart due to the NFL's work schedule being more conducive to raising a family, according to sources. [MIN - Minnesota to turn defense over to Ed Donatell]( Source: St. Paul Pioneer Press - Chris Tomasson Updating a previous report, former Denver Broncos defensive coordinator Ed Donatell is expected to be named as the new defensive coordinator for the Minnesota Vikings sometime next week, according to sources. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Donatell is a long-time defensive coach who was with Vic Fangio in multiple stops. He'll run a zone-heavy scheme which relies on pressure from the front four. The Vikings have defensive talent when healthy, and adding more talent with Donatell coaching means their defense could be strong in 2022. [NYJ - WR Braxton Berrios eyeing $9 million per year?](=) Source: ESPN.com - Rich Cimini New York Jets impending free-agent WR [Braxton Berrios](=)' strong finish to the season is reportedly 'feeling speculation he could be seeking a deal in the $9 million-a-year neighborhood,' according to ESPN.com's Rich Cimini. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] We'll see what kind of market Berrios has coming up in about a month. In 2021, he had career highs in targets (65), catches (46), and yards (431) with two receiving touchdowns and two rushing touchdowns. Berrios is indifferent to where he plays in 2022, so moving on from the Jets is likely if he gets the type of offer he's looking for.
