[TB - WR Mike Evans latest to land on COVID list]( Source: Buccaneers.com Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR [Mike Evans](=) was placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list Monday, Dec. 27. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Evans missed Week 16 due to injury. Now, his status for Week 17 is up in the air. The Buccaneers have Antonio Brown as their lead receiver and they are getting Breshad Perriman back this week. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 3. [LAC - WR Mike Williams to miss Week 17]( Source: NFL.com Los Angeles Chargers WR [Mike Williams](=) will not be available for the Week 17 game because he is on the Reserve/COVID-19 list, according to head coach Brandon Staley. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] The Chargers could use all the help they can but they'll be without Williams for Week 17. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 4. [CAR - Carolina puts five on COVID list](=) Source: ESPN.com - David Newton Carolina Panthers LB Shaq Thompson, DE Marquis Haynes Sr., DT Phil Hoskins, DT Daviyon Nixon (knee) and C Matt Paradis (knee) - the last two of which were already on the Reserve/Injured list - were placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list Monday, Dec. 27. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Panthers head coach Matt Rhule has said that the team has a "somewhat signficiant" outbreak of COVID-19. We'll see how many more are put into league protocols as the week goes on. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 5. [PHI - RB Miles Sanders has broken hand](=) Source: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport Philadelphia Eagles RB [Miles Sanders](=) (hand) broke a bone in his hand Sunday, Dec. 26, and will have tests Monday, Dec. 27, to determine if there's further damage and if he can play through it. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] We'll see what the test results reveal for Sanders this week. Boston Scott and Jordan Howard will split time if Sanders has to miss time. The Eagles want to run early and often, so there's plenty of fantasy value with both in their roles are larger. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 6. [CHI - Five cleared to return for Chicago]() Source: The Athletic - Kevin Fishbain Chicago Bears WR [Allen Robinson](=), TE [Jesse James](=), CB Jaylon Johnson, RB [Ryan Nall](=) and S Tashaun Gipson were activated from the Reserve/COVID-19 list Monday, Dec. 27. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Good news for the Bears here as they are getting through their recent COVID outbreak. Robinson has not been much of a fantasy asset this year, and over the final two weeks of the regular season he's only got flex appeal. A free agent in 2022, Robinson will likely move on and get a fresh start away from the Bears. [DET - QB Jared Goff comes off COVID list](=) Source: MLive.com - Benjamin Raven Detroit Lions QB [Jared Goff](=) was activated from the Reserve/COVID-19 list Monday, Dec. 27. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Goff will be back as the starter for the Lions, taking over for Tim Boyle. The offense has performed better with HC Dan Campbell taking over play-calling duties over the last few weeks. Fantasy GMs aren't looking to Goff for help, but they do want him to keep feeding rookie WR Amon-Ra St. Brown. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 8. [DET - HC Dan Campbell Remains Play-Caller]( Source: Jeff Risdon - USA Today Jeff Risdon, of USA Today, reports Lions head coach Dan Campbell will continue as the OC and play-caller for the offense. "Look, I'm not even worried about that right now. But we'll cover that whenever the time (comes) -- I just know I'm finishing the season as the OC." Campbell said. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] The Lions offense has performed better since Campbell took over from OC Anthony Lynn back in November. Per Campbell's comments, there's no telling what the long-term plan will be at OC but for two more weeks they'll keep going with what they've got. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 9. [DET - WR Josh Reynolds sent to COVID list](=) Source: MLive.com - Benjamin Raven Detroit Lions WR [Josh Reynolds](=) was placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list Monday, Dec. 27. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Reynolds is the no.2 receiver for the Lions but he doesn't produce much. Fantasy GMs will only look to WR Amon-Ra St. Brown in that passing game and not much else. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 10. [TB - WR Breshad Perriman cleared to return]( Source: Buccaneers.com Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR [Breshad Perriman](=) was activated from the Reserve/COVID-19 list Monday, Dec. 27. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Perriman missed Week 16 on the COVID list. Now, he'll return to the field for the Buccaneers and they need the depth. With Mike Evans banged up and Chris Godwin out for the year, it was the Antonio Brown show in Week 16. Perriman, when healthy, has flex appeal in that offense. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 11. [KC - RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire avoids serious injury](=) Source: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport Updating a previous report, Kansas City Chiefs RB [Clyde Edwards-Helaire](=) (shoulder) is dealing with swelling in his shoulder area, but imaging tests revealed no structural damage Monday, Dec. 27. He is expected to return shortly, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] We should see Edwards-Helaire limited this week as he deals with the shoulder problem. We'll know more about his status as the week goes on. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 12. [LVR - WR Bryan Edwards, QB Marcus Mariota to COVID list]( Source: Raiders.com Las Vegas Raiders WR [Bryan Edwards](=) QB [Marcus Mariota](=) were placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list Monday, Dec. 27.
