[WAS - TE Logan Thomas has torn ACL](=) Source: ESPN.com - John Keim Washington Football Team TE [Logan Thomas](=) (knee) indeed suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] The initial reports were the knee injury was not as serious as a torn ACL. That's not the case, and now Thomas will have to undergo surgery to repair the damage. They'll limit him in the offseason and training camp, but early reports speculate he'll be ready for the start of the 2022 season. [LVR - TE Darren Waller making progress](=) Source: The Athletic - Vic Tafur Las Vegas Raiders TE [Darren Waller](=) (back, knee) has progressed from working out in the pool to running on the treadmill, but he is still not ready for the practice field just yet, interim head coach Rich Bisaccia said Monday, Dec. 13. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Waller has not been making a fantasy impact since Week 12. The Raiders turn to Foster Moreau, but he's not doing as much as he could. [KC - TE Travis Kelce solid against Chargers]() Source: USA TODAY Fantasy Sports Kansas City Chiefs TE [Travis Kelce](=) has averaged 6.5 receptions for 77.5 yards and 0.5 touchdowns in the last four games against the Los Angeles Chargers. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Kelce is solid, or better, against everyone in the league. The game on Thursday night is a big one with the Chiefs trying to clinch a playoff berth and the Chargers competing for one of the remaining spots as well. Moreau is talented as a pass-catcher, but he's not playing up to his potential with Waller out. The Raiders play on Saturday against the Browns. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Hill is the key for the Chiefs. When he breaks out for a big game, the Chiefs win. However, they are winning with a different formula this year. They are playing great defense and are spreading the ball around a bit more. [ARI - WR DeAndre Hopkins undergoing imaging tests]() Source: AZCardinals.com - Darren Urban Arizona Cardinals WR [DeAndre Hopkins](=) (leg) is undergoing an MRI on his leg Tuesday, Dec. 14, according to head coach Kliff Kingsbury. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Hopkins has not been producing this year, but it's unclear when he suffered this leg injury. He's not yet had a 100-yard game in 2021, so hopefully these tests are just precautionary and Hopkins will be able to get out there against the Lions in Week 15. [SEA - RB Rashaad Penny holding onto starting gig?]( Source: ProFootballTalk.com - Josh Alper Seattle Seahawks RB [Rashaad Penny](=) 'deserves a shot to show that (he can be a starter),' according to head coach Pete Carroll.'I think he deserves a shot to show that, to start it out. We'll still rotate to keep you guys fresh, but yeah, we're gonna give him a shot again to come right on back and see if we can keep going,' Carroll told the Seattle Times. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Carroll really rode Penny last week, and he's one of the hottest RBs on the waiver wire in Week 15. Penny is a talented back, but he was overdrafted as a first-round pick a few years ago. He's one of the most oft-injured players in the league regardless of position. Can he hold up? [LAR - WR Odell Beckham Jr. tests positive for virus](=) Source: CBS Sports HQ - Josina Anderson Los Angeles Rams WR [Odell Beckham](=) Jr. (illness) was placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list Tuesday, Dec. 14. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] This comes after Beckham caught 6-of-7 targets for 77 yards and one touchdown in the Rams' Week 14 win over the Cardinals. The Rams facility is shut down and a bunch of players (nearly 40) have tested positive for COVID. We'll see who can make it through the protocols in time to play in Week 15.
