While other starters around the league are likely to skip the third preseason game, the Giants are putting Jones in. Proche, a sixth-round pick out of SMU in the 2020 NFL draft, is a reliable possession receiver. In addition to what he can do as a receiver, Proche can work on special teams as well. We'll see how long this back injury knocks him out of action and we'll continue to monitor Proche but only in deep dynasty formats. [MIN - RB Ito Smith joins Vikings]( Source: Vikings.com Free-agent RB Ito Smith (Cardinals) signed with the Minnesota Vikings Monday, Aug. 23. Terms of the contract were not disclosed. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Having Boyle ready for Week 1 may be a bit optimistic. He had multiple surgeries to correct the knee injury he suffered last November. The Ravens use a lot of 2-TE sets, so Boyle would see a lot of snaps and perhaps get some red-zone work when healthy. Josh Oliver is getting more work and impressing in camp and the preseason as the no.2 option behind starter Mark Andrews.
