[] 1. [GB - Top Packers receivers sit out OTAs]() Source: ESPN - Adam Schefter Green Bay Packers WRs Davante Adams, Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Allen Lazard, Devin Funchess and Equanimeous St. Brown were absent from organized team activities, along with QB Aaron Rodgers Tuesday, May 25. No reason was disclosed. Sophomore QB Jordan Love was left to run drills with a makeshift receiving group, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] The workouts are voluntary, but this does seem like a move of solidarity for their quarterback. Rodgers is disgruntled with the Packers front office and there are plenty of rumblings about him getting traded away - even though the team doesn't want to. If the Packers realize nothing is going to make him change his mind, then perhaps they look to trade Rodgers after June 1st (when the salary cap hit would be lower). [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 2. [TB - WR Antonio Brown terms]( Source: ESPN.com - Field Yates Updating previous reports, Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR [Antonio Brown](=) received a $1.1 million base salary with a $2 million signing bonus. He can earn $900,000 in per-game roster bonuses with player and team improvement attached in some stats. He'll earn $333,333 for 50 receptions, $333,334 for 70 receptions, $333,333 for 600 yards, $333,334 for 800 yards, $333,333 for five touchdowns, $333,333 for seven touchdowns and $250,000 for a Super Bowl win while active and 45 percent playing time. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Brown is back with the Buccaneers as expected. It's rinse-repeat when it comes to projecting what Brown can be in Tampa's offense. He's going to work as the no.3 receiver behind Mike Evans and Chris Godwin once again this season. From a fantasy perspective, that role makes Brown more of a flex consideration on a weekly basis. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 3. [MIA - Tua Tagovailoa much more at ease]() Source: The Athletic - Josh Tolentino Miami Dolphins QB Tua Tagovailoa is 'definitely more comfortable' and possesses a 'better understanding of how we practice' so far this offseason, according to head coach Brian Flores. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] That's to be expected as Tagovailoa is entering his second season and his first offseason workouts since rookies last year had none of that due to the pandemic. Tagovailoa has better weapons around him and the team is setting him up for success. If he plays up to expectations, Tagovailoa could perform like a QB2 with upside in 2021. Tagovailoa has a current ADP of QB19 (12.05) in 12-team PPR leagues. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 4. [SF - WR Jalen Hurd expected to be ready for camp](=) Source: 49ers.com - Keiana Martin San Francisco 49ers WR Jalen Hurd (knee) is on track to make a complete recovery from the anterior cruciate ligament tear he suffered in August of 2020 and should be ready for training camp, according to comments made by head coach Kyle Shanahan on Tuesday, May 25. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Hurd was a third-round pick out of Baylor in the 2019 NFL draft and he's never played a down of football in the regular season due to injuries. If healthy, Hurd could compete for the no.3 role behind Deebo Samuel and Brandon Aiyuk. [] 5. [HOU - Davis Mills signs rookie deal]( Source: ESPN.com - Field Yates Houston Texans third-round pick QB Davis Mills signed his four-year, $5,222,110 rookie contract Wednesday, May 26. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Mills only had 11 career starts in college at Stanford. He's a play-action quarterback who can attack all levels of the field. The Texans could see him as a potential quarterback of the future but he's got plenty to work on - mainly staying healthy and developing his sense against the blitz. We'll see Mills work to move up the depth chart in a quarterback room with veterans Tyrod Taylor and Jeff Driskel. Who knows what's going to happen in the Deshaun Watson situation. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 6. [CLE - KhaDarel Hodge finalizes RFA tender]() Source: Orange & Brown Report - Brad Stainbrook Cleveland Browns WR KhaDarel Hodge signed his one-year restricted free-agent tender worth $2.133 million on Wednesday, May 26. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Hodge played 291 snaps last year, catching 11 passes for 180 yards. We'll see if he can work his way up the depth chart and get more work in 2021. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 7. [BAL - Rashod Bateman dealing with soreness](=) Source: The Athletic - Jeff Zrebiec Updating a previous report, Baltimore Ravens WR Rashod Bateman (undisclosed) left the field for precautionary reasons about 40 minutes into practice Wednesday, May 26, according to Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] The rookie is just getting some rest. Bateman should be able to become a favorite target of QB Lamar Jackson because of his reliability and ability to get open. The Ravens run the ball early and often, so that limits the fantasy potential from wide receivers in the passing attack like Bateman. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 8. [MIA - WR Preston Williams gets some work in]( Source: The Miami Herald - Barry Jackson Miami Dolphins WR Preston Williams (foot) was spotted on the field during organized team activities Wednesday, May 26. The expectation is that he will be ready for Week 1 - if not long before - according to the Miami Herald's Barry Jackson. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Earlier reports have indicated Williams has been working with the team's trainers and is making good progress in his recovery from a foot injury. He's got talent but injuries have kept him out of action for half of the games he's been eligible to play (16 games in 32 possible contests). Keep him on your waiver wire speed dial in case he is healthy and performing well at the start of the regular season. Williams is currently going undrafted in 12-team PPR leagues.
