[CIN - WR John Ross sustained injury while working out at CB](#12) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 1. [PIT - QB Ben Roethlisberger activated from COVID list]() Source: ESPN - Adam Schefter Pittsburgh Steelers QB [Ben Roethlisberger](=) was activated from the Reserve/COVID-19 list Saturday, Nov. 14. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] The move was expected all week so long as Roethlisberger tested negative multiple times. He'll be out there against the Bengals and Fantasy GMs can look at the veteran as a low-end QB1 in Week 10. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 2. [SEA - RB Chris Carson ruled out]() Source: ESPN - Adam Schefter Seattle Seahawks RB [Chris Carson](=) (foot) was downgraded from questionable to out for the game Sunday, Nov. 15, against the Los Angeles Rams. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Seattle will be without both Carson and Carlos Hyde on Sunday. That means DeeJay Dallas and Travis Homer will split time in the backfield. Both should be considered low-end flex plays as their RBBC will also feature a dash of Alex Collins too. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 3. [CIN - RB Joe Mixon officially ruled out]() Source: ESPN - Adam Schefter Cincinnati Bengals RB [Joe Mixon](=) (foot) was officially ruled out Saturday, Nov. 14, for the game Sunday, Nov. 15, against the Pittsburgh Steelers. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] This was expected, so the team turns to Gio Bernard once again to be their lead back. After a couple of weeks off and a bye week, this is a disappointing development for Mixon and he may miss even more time after this. Stay tuned. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 4. [CHI - RB David Montgomery ruled out]() Source: ESPN - Adam Schefter Chicago Bears RB [David Montgomery](=) (concussion) on Saturday, Nov. 14, was ruled out of the team's Week 10 game Monday against the Minnesota Vikings. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] This move has been expected for some time. That means the Bears will turn to Ryan Nall and Cordarrelle Patterson in the backfield. We could see Lamar Miller get called up from the practice squad too. Nall might be the lead back but he (or Patterson) is only worth considering as a deep flex play for Fantasy GMs in Week 10. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 5. [HOU - RB David Johnson placed on IR]() Source: ESPN - Adam Schefter Houston Texans RB [David Johnson](=) (concussion) on Saturday, Nov. 14, was placed on the Reserve/Injured list, meaning he'll miss a minimum of three weeks. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] That means Johnson will need to miss at three weeks with this injury. In the meantime, the Texans turn to Duke Johnson as their lead back. Against the Browns, Duke Johnson could produce like a RB2 with upside in PPR formats. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 6. [CLE - RB Nick Chubb activated off IR](=) Source: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport Cleveland Browns RB [Nick Chubb](=) (knee) on Saturday, Nov. 14, was activated off the Reserve/Injured list. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Fantasy GMs can celebrate here. Chubb is arguably the best running back in the league and a must start if he's on the field. His first week back the Browns may put him on a snap count, but he's still got RB1 upside against the Texans on Sunday. Kareem Hunt goes back to being a valued backup and flex play for Fantasy GMs in Week 10. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 7. [SEA - RB Carlos Hyde will sit Sunday]() Source: ESPN - Adam Schefter Seattle Seahawks RB [Carlos Hyde](=) (hamstring) was downgraded to out for the game Sunday, Nov. 15, against the Los Angeles Rams. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Hyde is out and so is Chris Carson. That leaves DeeJay Dallas, Travis Homer and Alex Collins to get the work in the backfield. That RBBC is not great for Fantasy GMs and we see Dallas or Homer as merely deep flex plays. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 8. [LAC - RB Justin Jackson ends up on IR](=) Source: Chargers.com Los Angeles Chargers RB [Justin Jackson](=) (knee) was placed on the Reserve/Injured list Saturday, Nov. 14. RB [Kalen Ballage](=) was signed to the active roster from the practice squad in a corresponding move. DB Quenton Meeks was activated from the practice squad. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Ballage had 15 carries for 69 yards and one touchdown against the Raiders last week. He'll work in the Chargers RBBC without Jackson for the next few weeks. Troymaine Pope should be back from his concussion and the Chargers also have rookie Joshua Kelley to get some snaps/carries here and there. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 9. [MIN - Minnesota Week 10 injury report]( Source: Vikings.com Minnesota Vikings TE [Irv Smith](=) (groin) did not practice Saturday, Nov. 14, and is listed as out for the team's Week 10 game Monday night against the Chicago Bears. CB Cameron Dantzler (concussion) was limited in practice Saturday and is listed as questionable. FB [C.J. Ham](=) (shoulder, non-injury), DE Ifeadi Odenigbo (shoulder) and WR [Adam Thielen](=) (shoulder) practiced in full Saturday and do not carry status designations for Week 10. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Smith is coming off a 2-touchdown performance against the Lions in Week 9. There's more there for him if the Vikings had a dedication to getting him the ball. That won't matter in Week 10 as he's out, so the Vikings turn to more Kyle Rudolph at the position. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 10. [ARI - QB Kyler Murray eyeing TD milestone]() Source: NFLCommunications.com Arizona Cardinals QB [Kyler Murray](=) needs a rushing touchdown Sunday, Nov. 15, to become the four quarterback in league history with a rushing score in five straight games. The last QB to accomplish the feat was Tobin Rote in 1956. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] It's been some time since a quarterback was able to do what Murray could get done on Sunday. The young quarterback is a valued fantasy asset and could end Week 10 as the best starter at the position. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 11. [HOU - RB C.J. Prosise, Nate Hall called up]() Source: Around The NFL Houston Texans RB [C.J. Prosise](=) and LB Nate Hall on Saturday, Nov. 14, were added to the active roster from the practice squad. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] With David Johnson on Injured Reserve, the Texans need more depth at the running back position. Prosise has an all-purpose skill set and can make plays as a runner or receiver out of the backfield. Duke Johnson is the starter and the Texans also have Buddy Howell in their RB corps. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 12. [CIN - WR John Ross sustained injury while working out at CB]() Source: NFL Network - Mike Garafolo Cincinnati Bengals WR [John Ross](=) (foot) suffered a foot injury during practice earlier this week while working out at cornerback because the team was shorthanded in the secondary, according to NFL Network's Mike Garafolo. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] That's not what you want to happen when a player is essentially filling in during practice. Ross will not play in Week 10's game versus the Pittsburgh Steelers and could be sidelined beyond that.
