His success within that package will determine his playing time in Week 9. Fantasy GMs should look at Brown as a WR4/deep flex play. Dillon and Jamaal Williams are on the COVID-19 list, so the Packers are short-handed this week. Tyler Ervin and Dexter Williams could end up splitting time at the running back position. Now, the veteran quarterback will have to miss the game against the Steelers in Week 9 due to COVID-19. It's a terrible matchup against a tough Steelers defense, so don't expect much from the Cowboys offense no matter who gets the start. Fantasy GMs with guys like RB Ezekiel Elliott and WR Amari Cooper (and others) will once again be dropping expectations for their assets with the Cowboys quarterback situation being problematic. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] The 49ers have a ton of injuries they're dealing with but Samuel's situation is not new. He may not return until after the team's Week 11 bye. Brandon Aiyuk and Kendrick Bourne will be the primary targets at the WR position against the Packers on Thursday. That means Jordan Howard, Matt Breida, Patrick Laird and newly acquired DeAndre Washington will compete for touches in the backfield. Howard or Breida offer deep flex appeal if they become the lead back, but nobody here is really an exciting option. The team has been disappointed with his preparation and practice habits, so Pettis had barely played this season. He's still got speed and is a young receiver some team out there might take a chance on when he clears waivers. [BAL - WR Marquise Brown, coach clear air after tweet]( Source: NFL.com - Kevin Patra Baltimore Ravens WR [Marquise Brown](=) tweeted his frustration about being targeted just two times after the Week 8 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, prompting head coach John Harbaugh to text him. The wide receiver then took down the tweet. 'He did play the game like a soldier. He was fighting very hard out there,' Harbaugh said Monday, Nov. 2. 'I promise you we're trying to use all of our guys. He's probably a little frustrated.' [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] The Ravens run the ball early and often, leaving little for those in the passing game. Fantasy GMs can look to Brown as a boom-or-bust flex play on a weekly basis. Perhaps after clearing things up, Harbaugh makes an effort to get Brown more involved.
