[BUF - QB Josh Allen surrounded by continuity]( Source: ESPN.com Buffalo Bills QB [Josh Allen]( will be running an offense which returns a league-most 95.4 percent of its 2019 snaps. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Allen needs to get better himself if the Bills are to take the next step. With Tom Brady playing in Tampa, the AFC East is wide open for the first time in years. The Bills are a team who could win the division and make a postseason run...if Allen can improve his game. New addition WR Stefon Diggs should help. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 2. [DAL - WR Amari Cooper one of top deep threats]() Source: Pro Football Focus Dallas Cowboys WR [Amari Cooper]( had 15 receptions on targets of 20-plus yards downfield in 2019, which tied for second in the league among pass-catchers. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Cooper is going to continue as a deep threat for the Cowboys in 2020. They added even more firepower to the offense in the first round of the 2020 NFL draft when they selected WR CeeDee Lamb out of Oklahoma. Lamb and Michael Gallup will take plenty of attention away from defenses, allowing Cooper to thrive...especially in deep, one-on-one situations. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 3. [SEA - QB Russell Wilson tops in improvisation]() Source: Pro Football Focus Seattle Seahawks QB [Russell Wilson]( led all quarterbacks with a 94.6 Pro Football Focus grade on passing plays lasting longer than 3 seconds in 2019. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Wilson can make things happen. He always has done a good job of breaking the pocket but keeping his eyes downfield for a throw. If nothing's there, then Wilson can use his legs to pick up first downs. That dual-threat ability makes him one of the most dangerous quarterbacks in the league. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 4. [ARI - QB Kyler Murray eyeing next level]() Source: NFL.com - Jeremy Bergman Arizona Cardinals QB [Kyler Murray]( is 'anxious' to begin working with his reconfigured cast of offensive weapons, WR [Larry Fitzgerald]( said on the team's website. 'Talking to (Murray), he loves being around us,' Fitzgerald said. 'He wants to take this to the next level and build on what he was able to accomplish last year, NFL Rookie of the Year. He's got a lot of guys who want to play well for him, and he wants to do the same for us. Hopefully we will be able to do it here pretty soon.' [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Murray will be able reach that next level if he meshes well with WR DeAndre Hopkins. The Cardinals are going to have one of the most explosive offenses in the league this year. Murray's weapons and his skill set in that offense make him an easy QB1 for Fantasy GMs in 2020. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 5. [BUF - WR Stefon Diggs making impression]( Source: ProFootballTalk.com - Mike Florio Buffalo Bills WR [Stefon Diggs]( made an instant impression on QB [Josh Allen]( when the two were able to work together recently in Florida. 'It was very, very awesome to see just the amount of detail that he puts into his craft, how communicative he was, how willing he was to learn,' Allen said of Diggs. 'And he wasn't there for himself. He was there for the betterment of the team and wanted to hang out with the guys and wanted to learn and get to know the guys and I thought that was pretty special. You hear all these crazy stories in the media, and I think he's had a bad rep where he was at.' [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Diggs is the best wide receiver that Josh Allen has ever thrown to...college or pro. He should be able to integrate quickly as the top target for the Bills. Diggs can go get catches others can't and that should help Allen's completion percentage all over the field. If Allen can improve his pass placement, that's only going to be a bonus for a player like Diggs who has wheels and moves after the catch. [LAR - WR Cooper Kupp tops in slot position yardage]() Source: Pro Football Focus Los Angeles Rams WR [Cooper Kupp]( led the league in 2019 with 853 receiving yards from the slot position, according to Pro Football Focus data. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Kupp is going to have opportunity to do more in 2020. With Brandin Cooks moved on, the team needs guys like Kupp and Robert Woods to excel. Rookie Van Jefferson will get thrown into the mix along with Josh Reynolds to round out the main group of receivers this year. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 7. [NYJ - Le'Veon Bell taking part in workouts]( Source: New York Post - Ryan Dunleavy New York Jets RB Le'Veon Bell is participating in workouts with his teammates this weekend. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Bell and the Jets are trying to get things right on offense. He'll serve as the lead back this year with veteran Frank Gore as the primary backup. From a fantasy perspective, Bell is a RB2 with upside. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 8. [ARI - RB Kenyan Drake embracing opportunity]( Source: ArizonaSports.com Arizona Cardinals RB [Kenyan Drake]( is eager for the opportunity to serve as his team's clear-cut No. 1 running for the first time in his five NFL seasons. 'I'm looking forward to, one, putting myself in the best situation; two, be available to be able to do that,' Drake said in an interview in May. 'I had I guess a couple injuries in college that prohibited from me being available on the field. Since I've been in the league, I've been fairly healthy. I'm really just trying to put my body in a situation where I can take a load or get X amount of carries or touches in general.' [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Drake was ho-hum during his time with the Dolphins but he immediately exploded onto the scene when the Cardinals picked him up last year. He should be able to thrive in the wide-open Kliff Kingsbury offense which now features superstar WR DeAndre Hopkins as the lead target. Drake won't see many stacked boxes this season and should pay off as a RB1 for Fantasy GMs out there. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 9. [NYJ - QB Sam Darnold working out with rookie]( Source: SNY New York Jets QB [Sam Darnold]( is working out with WR Denzel Mims this weekend. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] We'll see if the chemistry they build in these workouts translates quickly onto the football field. Mims was a speedy receiver with great 'my ball' mentality and body control in college. He should be a fine weapon for Darnold in 2020, perhaps as the no.1 receiver if he can get up to speed.
