WR [Cody Hollister]( (ankle) was limited in practice Thursday, Jan. 9, and is listed as questionable. OG Nate Davis (illness), CB Adoree' Jackson (foot), RB [Dion Lewis]( (shoulder), WR [Kalif Raymond]( (concussion) and LB Kamalei Correa (illness) practiced in full Thursday and have been removed from the injury report. 'I'll do whatever it takes to be out there on Saturday with my teammates and try to help this team win.' [WAS - QB Dwayne Haskins not locked in as QB1]() Source: ESPN.com - John Keim Washington Redskins QB [Dwayne Haskins]( will need to earn the starting job leading up the 2020 season, according to comments made by head coach Ron Rivera, who said that, 'We won't know until we get ready to open up in September,' while also mentioning that the team has 'good veteran quarterbacks that [will] get some opportunities to play.' [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] A most....interesting...news item here. While we don't need Rivera to do cartwheels when talking about Haskins, most did expect him to declare with certainty that Haskins was their guy...at least for 2020. At the end of the day this is likely just coach-speak and Rivera doesn't want to overstate anything. Haskins needs better weapons around him and he can build on what he flashed in his rookie season. [KC - KC adds RB Mike Weber to practice squad](=) Source: Chiefs Digest - Matt Derrick The Kansas City Chiefs signed free agent RB Mike Weber (Cowboys) to the practice squad on Wednesday, Jan. 8. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Weber was a seventh-round pick out of Ohio State in the 2019 NFL draft for the Cowboys. He was outplayed in the preseason by Tony Pollard and was waived. Weber is a player we will monitor but only in crazy deep dynasty formats. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Rogers started seven games for the Aggies in 2019, catching 30 passes for 351 yards and two touchdowns. At 6'4" 204, Rogers has a nice size/athleticism combination but might only be a late-round pick or priority free agent. [NFL - Cole McDonald entering 2020 draft]( Source: NFLDraftScout.com - Matt Miller Hawaii QB Cole McDonald announced on Twitter Wednesday, Jan. 8, he's entering the 2020 NFL Draft. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] McDonald has good size at 6'4" 220 pounds and he does throw with proper velocity. He threw 69 touchdowns over the last two seasons but turnovers have been a problem for the Warriors quarterback with 24 interceptions during that time.
