According to the Las Vegas Review Journal's Michael Gehlken, the Raiders also believe the foot ailment that has caused Brown to miss 10 of 11 practice sessions in their entirety thus far is largely a non-issue moving forward. An earlier report from WPXI's Chase Williams suggested Brown had gone 'radio silent' and the team had 'zero clue where he is or what the progress of the foot injury is.' According to NFL Network's Michael Silver, the topic has been a sore subject with Brown since the league announced that it was eliminating the one-year grace period for certain helmet models, including the one worn by Brown. '(They're) not close at all,' Jackson said. 'We ran like a couple plays a lot. We really didn't show anything at all. It's going to be fun to watch though.' [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Samuel is trying to stand out in a group of receivers that is blending together and failing to impress Shanahan right now.
