1. [BAL - TE Mark Andrews emerging as a top target?](=)
Source: The Baltimore Sun - Mike Preston
Baltimore Ravens TE [Mark Andrews]( was a 'weapon all over the field' during minicamp, according to Mike Preston of The Baltimore Sun, and Preston said Andrews was a 'favorite target' of QB [Lamar Jackson]( inside the red zone.
[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
Andrews was a top target for Jackson last year...just like he was in college for some guy named Baker Mayfield. Even though the Ravens selected Hayden Hurst in the first round last year (and Andrews in the third round), Andrews is a favorite for the starting job in 2019. We'll watch this battle unfold in training camp.

2. [BUF - TE Dawson Knox could start Week 1](=)
Source: The Buffalo News - Vic Carucci
Buffalo Bills TE Dawson Knox could open the season as the starting tight end but likely will need to impress during training camp and the preseason in order to earn the job, in the opinion of The Buffalo News' Vic Carucci.
[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
The Bills have seen their TE corps get banged up this offseason. Guys like Tyler Kroft (broken foot) and Jason Croom (undisclosed) are dealing with minor injuries while the rookie Knox has been making the most of his opportunity. A third-round pick from Ole Miss, Knox has a nice size/speed combination and can be a threat as a receiver. He's dealt with nagging injuries dating back to his days in high school, so Knox will need to stay healthy in order to make the most of a potential starting job for the Bills.

3. [TEN - Heavy boxes didn't faze RB Derrick Henry]()
Source: Pro Football Focus
Tennessee Titans RB [Derrick Henry]( ran for 553 yards when the defense had eight or more men in the box in 2018 - the third-best mark in the league - according to Pro Football Focus.
[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
The Titans offense was all about Henry over the last half of the 2018 season. He should see more stacked boxes this season, but we're expecting him to handle that...again. In the final year of his rookie contract, Henry is set to be used like a true bellcow back and he's a borderline RB1 for Fantasy GMs. He could outperform his current ADP of RB20 (4.01) in 12-team PPR leagues.

4. [NYG - RB Saquon Barkley solid against stacked fronts]()
Source: Pro Football Focus
New York Giants RB [Saquon Barkley]( ran for 560 yards when the defense had eight or more men in the box in 2018 - the second-best mark in the league - according to Pro Football Focus.
[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
Barkley had one of the best rookie seasons for a running back in NFL history. The Giants passing attack isn't going to be much of a threat with either Eli Manning or Daniel Jones at quarterback. That means their offense will be as much of Barkley as possible. He's a top-4 lock in any draft in any format. Barkley's current ADP is RB1 (1.02) in 12-team PPR leagues.

5. [DAL - RB Ezekiel Elliott excelled against heavy boxes]()
Source: Pro Football Focus
Dallas Cowboys RB [Ezekiel Elliott]( rushed for a league-high 722 yards when the defense had eight or more men in the box in 2018, according to Pro Football Focus.
[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
Elliott is simply one of the best backs in the game today. He can thrive in all sorts of situations and that makes him a fantasy force. There is no suspension coming from an incident in Las Vegas earlier this year, so Fantasy GMs are thrilled to take Elliott off the board in the first couple of picks of any draft.

6. [NYJ - WR Jamison Crowder fits well](=)
Source: New York Daily News - Manish Mehta
New York Jets WR [Jamison Crowder]( has run more than 75 percent of his routes in his career from the slot, according to Pro Football Focus. Head coach Adam Gase has said they'll lean on receivers inside the numbers in his scheme. 'He has an explosiveness after the catch that you don't see a ton of,' Gase said. 'A lot of the slot receivers, historically have been not guys that are threats down the field. He's a threat down the field, but at the same time he can catch it and create, which is going to be interesting for us because we've never had a guy who can really juice it up.'
[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
Crowder is an interesting fit for the revamped Jets offense. He'll give second-year quarterback Sam Darnold a reliable target on underneath routes. The Jets have quite the group of pass-catchers ahead of Crowder in the pecking order. Guys like RB Le'Veon Bell, WR Quincy Enunwa, WR Robby Anderson and TE Chris Herndon should get plenty of looks in 2019. Crowder is currently going undrafted in 12-team PPR leagues, so keep him on your waiver wire speed dial if he goes undrafted in your league.

7. [PIT - WR Diontae Johnson could rise](=)
Source: Pittsburgh Tribune-Review - Chris Adamski
Pittsburgh Steelers WR Diontae Johnson could ascend to the No. 2 receiver by the middle of the season, or he could be inactive each week.
[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
That's one helluva difference for the rookie. We think Johnson could end up as the second-best WR on the Steelers roster, but it may take time for him to get up to speed in the pros. Johnson has a skill set reminiscent of Broncos (and former Steelers) WR Emmanuel Sanders. He's got speed to burn and is not afraid to make difficult catches over the middle or near the sideline. The Steelers have JuJu Smith-Schuster as their lead receiver and guys like Johnson, James Washington, Donte Moncrief and Ryan Switzer will compete to establish a pecking order behind the superstar. We are scooping up the rookie Johnson in all dynasty formats but we need to see how this WR corps shakes out in training camp and the preseason before making a play for Steelers receivers not named Smith-Schuster in redraft leagues.

8. [NYG - QB Eric Dungey working as TE](
Source: New York Post - Paul Schwartz
New York Giants QB Eric Dungey intrigued the coaching staff and is being tried out as a tight end.
[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
Dungey was undrafted out of Syracuse earlier this year. He's got quite an athletic profile while measuring in at 6'4" 225 pounds. Dungey is athletic and versatile, so we're expecting the Giants to keep a spot open for him on the practice squad.

9. [NYG - Backup TEs fighting for spot](
Source: New York Post - Paul Schwartz
New York Giants TE [Scott Simonson]( and TE C.J. Conrad will compete for the backup spot in camp. Conrad will be given a long look after an impressive spring, while Simonson thrives as a blocker.
[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
Simonson is a big-bodied blocker and that's about it. Conrad worked all over the field in college at Kentucky. He's got good hands and does a good job of using his frame to keep the ball away from defenders who are close. We'll monitor both, but only in super deep dynasty formats.

10. [NYJ - Jachai Polite a playmaker](
Source: NJ Advance Media - Matt Stypulkoski
New York Jets DE Jachai Polite has impressive explosiveness and speed off the edge, but his ability to learn the scheme is the key for him in his rookie season.
[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
Polite was a playmaker in college at Florida, and that's why the Jets picked him up in the third round of the 2019 NFL draft. He's super fast off the line of scrimmage and has great feet when stacking moves to get after the passer. Polite led all of college football with six forced fumbles and had 11 sacks in 2018.

11. [NYJ - RB Trenton Cannon could be cut](=)
Source: The Athletic - Connor Hughes
New York Jets RB [Trenton Cannon]( isn't likely to make the 53-man roster, in the opinion of Connor Hughes of The Athletic.
[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
Cannon is an end-of-the-bench prospect for the Jets but there are some good things about his game that could earn him a spot on the practice squad. He's got lightning quick feet and does a good job of changing direction without losing much speed. We'll continue to monitor him in super deep dynasty formats.

[]
12. [BAL - Sean Modster pushing for spot](=)
Source: The Baltimore Sun - Mike Preston
Baltimore Ravens WR Sean Modster played well during minicamp and should see some 'serious looks' for a roster spot heading into the preseason, in the opinion of Mike Preston of The Baltimore Sun.
[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
Undrafted out of Boise State in 2019, Modster was a playmaker for the Broncos in college. He's been flashing this offseason for the Ravens and that has our radar up in super deep dynasty formats. Modster was a clutch target for Boise State quarterback Brett Rypien, measuring in at 5'11" 185 pounds. We'll see if he can do enough in training camp and the preseason to earn a spot on the practice squad.

13. [DET - Chris Lacy saw plenty of action](=)
Source: Detroit Free Press - Dave Birkett
Detroit Lions WR [Chris Lacy]( worked with the first-team offense throughout spring practices, and Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press believes Lacy is 'in the mix' for a spot on the 53-man roster.
[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
Lacy was undrafted out of Oklahoma State in 2018. He lasted only a couple of weeks with the Patriots before he was waived and the Lions picked him up. Lacy is a size/speed (6'3" 205 pounds, 4.5 second 40-yard dash) prospect with upside who has been getting first-team looks with Kenny Golladay and Marvin Jones sidelined.
