Green expected to have surgery]() Source: ESPN - Adam Schefter Updating a previous report, Cincinnati Bengals WR [A.J. Green]( (toe) is expected to undergo surgery to repair the torn ligaments in his toe, according to a source. He is expected to be sidelined for three to four months but should be ready for offseason workouts. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Tough way to end the season for Green. Hoping for a full and speedy recovery. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 2. [PIT - RB James Conner believed to be OK](=) Source: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport Updating previous reports, Pittsburgh Steelers RB [James Conner]( (leg) wasn't believed to have suffered a major injury, and it wasn't to his ankle. The swelling will be somewhat of an indicator. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Fantasy GMs can breathe a sigh of relief here. Conner might be limited during the week of practice due to this leg contusion but we're expecting him to play in Week 14 against the Raiders. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 3. [CAR - TE Greg Olsen suffers torn plantar fascia]() Source: NFL.com - Austin Knoblauch Updating a previous report, Carolina Panthers TE [Greg Olsen]( (foot) will miss the remainder of the season after being diagnosed with a ruptured plantar fascia Monday, Dec. 3. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Olsen has been bothered by foot problems almost all season long. He's done for the year now and the Panthers turn to rookie Ian Thomas to take over at tight end. Thomas is a TE2 with upside for Fantasy GMs in need of help at the position. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 4. [KC - RB Charcandrick West returning to KC](=) Source: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport Free-agent RB [Charcandrick West]( (Jets) is expected to sign an undisclosed contract with the Kansas City Chiefs in the near future, according to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] The Chiefs worked out West and free agent C.J. Anderson on Monday but decided to go with the guy who had four years worth of experience with the team. Anderson had a good workout according to reports and is ready if needed. West will compete for snaps as a change-of-pace back behind starter Spencer Ware. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 5. [NYG - QB Eli Manning to remain the starter for now]() Source: ESPN.com - Jordan Raanan New York Giants QB [Eli Manning]( will start again in Week 14 versus the Washington Redskins, according to head coach Pat Shurmur, who added there is a 'good chance' Kyle Lauletta will be his backup again this week. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] The Giants won against the Bears on Sunday but Manning did not play well. The team will one day want to see what Lauletta has but may not make a quarterback change until they are mathematically eliminated from the playoffs. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 6. [JAX - RB Leonard Fournette returns]( Source: The Athletic - Daniel Popper Jacksonville Jaguars RB [Leonard Fournette]( was reinstated from his one-game suspension Monday, Dec. 3. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Fournette missed the game on Sunday due to this suspension for fighting. He comes back to the Jaguars as the lead back, relegating Carlos Hyde and T.J. Yeldon to backup duty. Fournette is a RB1 for Fantasy GMs in Week 14, playing Thursday night against the Titans. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 7. [NYG - WR Sterling Shepard undergoes CT scan]( Source: The Bergen Record - Art Stapleton New York Giants WR [Sterling Shepard]( (ribs) said he underwent a CT scan on his injured ribs but it did not show any problems. He said he will have to deal with the pain but expects to be fine. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Rib injuries are all about pain tolerance. We should see Shepard limited in practice this week. Shepard is only a deep flex play for Fantasy GMs if he plays in Week 14. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 8. [MIA - WR Danny Amendola's status uncertain](=) Source: The Miami Herald - Barry Jackson Miami Dolphins WR [Danny Amendola]('s (knee) status for the Week 14 game is uncertain at this point, according to head coach Adam Gase. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Amendola wasn't able to practice last week before the Week 13 game against the Bills. We'll see if he can get back to the practice field as the team prepares for a Week 14 game against the Patriots. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 9. [- Justice Hill declares for draft](=) Source: Twitter Oklahoma State RB Justice Hill announced Monday, Dec. 3, that he will enter the 2019 NFL Draft. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Measuring in at 5'10" 190 pounds, Hill runs with more authority than other backs his size. He has a wicked stiff arm and does a good job of driving his feet when contacted by defenders. Hill missed the final two games for Oklahoma State due to injury, but he ran for 930 yards this season. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 10. [TEN - RB Jeremy McNichols signs with Titans](=) Source: 9News.com - Mike Klis The Tennessee Titans signed RB [Jeremy McNichols]( to their active roster from the Denver Broncos' practice squad Monday, Dec. 3. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] McNichols now is the fourth running back on the active roster behind Dion Lewis, Derrick Henry and David Fluellen. He's bounced around the league since coming into the NFL as a fifth-round pick of the Buccaneers. McNichols is a good all-purpose back but only worth monitoring in crazy deep dynasty formats. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 11. [DEN - Denver adds RB Khalfani Muhammad to PS](=) Source: 9News.com - Mike Klis Free-agent RB Khalfani Muhammad (Patriots) was signed to the practice squad Monday, Dec. 3. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Muhammad was a seventh-round pick (Titans) out of Cal in 2017 but spent some time with the Patriots earlier this season. He's a smaller back (5'9" 174 pounds) who is fast with the ball in his hands. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 12. [NYJ - QB Sam Darnold should start]( Source: ESPNNewYork.com - Rich Cimini New York Jets QB [Sam Darnold]( (foot) is expected to take over starting duties in Week 14, according to head coach Todd Bowles. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] It looks like Darnold will be back this week after missing a few games. Bowles said Darnold could have played in Week 13 but wanted to make sure he was completely ready after practicing just three times last week. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 13. [- Greedy Williams declares for NFL Draft]() Source: ESPN.com Louisiana State University CB Greedy Williams announced that he will enter the 2019 NFL Draft on Monday, Dec. 3. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Williams has the makings of a top-10 pick in the 2019 NFL draft. He's got length, speed and playmaking ability from the corner position. Williams should be one of the hottest names in a defensive-talent heavy draft next year. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 14. [BAL - QB Lamar Jackson making history](=) Source: ESPN.com - Jamison Hensley Baltimore Ravens QB [Lamar Jackson]('s 265 rushing yards are the most by a quarterback in his first three NFL starts in the Super Bowl era, according to the Elias Sports Bureau. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Jackson is the starter for the Ravens for now, but there has been speculation that Joe Flacco would at least split snaps with Jackson against the Chiefs in Week 14. We'll see if the Ravens actually do that, but it's going to be difficult to go away from Jackson. His rushing ability makes him a QB1 option for Fantasy GMs, provided Baltimore doesn't mess this up with a rotation. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 15. [NYG - RB Saquon Barkley feeling OK]() Source: The Athletic - Dan Duggan New York Giants RB [Saquon Barkley]( (shoulder) told reporters his shoulder feels 'fine' Monday, Dec. 3. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Barkley has the size and toughness to take a lot of punishment. With 195 carries and 74 receptions so far, Barkley is certainly getting a huge workload. We might see him limited just a bit in practice this week due to this minor shoulder ailment. Barkley is a must-start RB1 for Fantasy GMs in the fantasy playoffs which start this week in most leagues. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 16. [HOU - D'Onta Foreman remains in limbo]() Source: Houston Chronicle - Aaron Wilson Houston Texans RB D'Onta Foreman (Achilles') has yet to be activated to the 53-man roster, as head coach Bill O'Brien remains unsure if he will make such a move. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Foreman is an intriguing prospect the team could ease into action behind starter Lamar Miller. He would give them some more power at the position and could work as a 'closer' late in games when they have the lead. The Texans have until Wednesday to make a decision on the young runner. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 17. [DEN - CB Chris Harris avoiding IR](=) Source: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport Updating previous reports, Denver Broncos CB Chris Harris Jr. (leg) suffered a hairline fracture in his fibula, but he'll avoid the Reserve/Injured list and could return for the playoffs. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Good news for the Broncos here but they will be incredibly thin at cornerback until Harris returns (if they make the Wild Card round). With Harris down, the team turns to Bradley Roby as their top corner and rookie Isaac Yiadom as the no.2 corner. Expect teams to test them through the air early and often with the 49ers up next for the Broncos in Week 14.
