[TB - QB Ryan Fitzpatrick ready for more magic](=) Source: Buccaneers.com Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB [Ryan Fitzpatrick]( (knee) practiced in full Saturday, Sept. 22 and he has been removed from the injury report for Week 3 against the Pittsburgh Steelers. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Good news for Tampa and Fitzpatrick as he looks to be ready to go. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 2. [BUF - RB LeSean McCoy traveling]() Source: ESPN.com - Mike Rodak Buffalo Bills RB [LeSean McCoy]( (rib) is traveling with the team for their Week 3 game and is still considered questionable to play. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Playing with a rib injury usually comes down to pain tolerance. Fantasy GMs who start McCoy against the Vikings on Sunday could see that as a painful decision. Even as a flex play, we'd look for other options if you can in Week 3. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 3. [BAL - Tim White to be main returner](=) Source: ESPN.com - Jamison Hensley Baltimore Ravens WR Tim White will take over the returner job after the team waived WR [Janarion Grant](. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Grant fumbled twice in two regular season games, so he's out as the return man. In comes White, who barely lost out on a roster spot to Grant in the preseason. The Ravens want White to hang onto the rock and perhaps give their return game a boost against the Broncos on Sunday. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 4. [TB - DT Vita Vea's status uncertain]() Source: Tampa Bay Times - Rick Stroud Tampa Bay Buccaneers DT Vita Vea (calf) has practiced all week, but his status for Week 3 is uncertain because conditioning indoors is different than playing football outdoors, according to head coach Dirk Koetter. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Vea would give the team added strength to their run defense when he's back in action. The rookie first-round pick has lost 15 pounds since he has been sidelined with the injury. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 5. [NYJ - WR Robby Anderson off to slow start](=) Source: New York Post - Brian Costello New York Jets WR [Robby Anderson]( has only six receptions and 90 yards in the first three games of the 2018 season. He has also lost two fumbles during that span. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Anderson was the highest drafted Jets WR this summer based on his previous play. It's actually been Quincy Enunwa who has been the primary target for rookie QB Sam Darnold. Check your waiver wire as Enunwa might be out there for some Fantasy GMs. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 6. [BAL - Baltimore adds two to active roster]() Source: BaltimoreRavens.com Baltimore Ravens practice squad WR Tim White and CB Robertson Daniel were signed to the 53-man roster Saturday, Sept. 22. Terms of the contracts were not disclosed. The team also waived WR [Janarion Grant]( and OG Jermaine Eluemunor. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 7. [WAS - RB Kapri Bibbs promoted]() Source: ESPN.com - John Keim The Washington Redskins promoted RB [Kapri Bibbs]( from their practice squad to the 53-man roster Saturday, Sept. 22. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Bibbs makes the fourth RB on the active roster (Adrian Peterson, Chris Thompson, Samaje Perine). He has ability as a receiving back but his role (if active) would likely be on special teams only. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 8. [WAS - WR Breshad Perriman released](=) Source: ProFootballTalk.com - Mike Florio The Washington Redskins released WR [Breshad Perriman]( Saturday, Sept. 22, according to a source with knowledge of the situation. However, the team indicated that he could be brought back in the future. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Well that didn't last long. The former first-round pick (2015) signed with Washington less than a week ago. Washington has injury concerns with their WR corps, but Perriman clearly didn't do enough to stick with the team. His athletic profile may get him another shot with a different team. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 9. [IND - TE Erik Swoope promoted]() Source: ESPN.com - Mike Wells The Indianapolis Colts elevated TE [Erik Swoope]( from their practice squad to the 53-man roster Saturday, Sept. 22. In a corresponding move, CB Lenzy Pipkins was waived. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] The move was done because Jack Doyle (hip) is out for the Week 3 game against the Eagles. Swoope is an athletic tight end and former college basketball player who never played college football at the University of Miami. We've been monitoring his progress in crazy deep dynasty formats. Fantasy GMs in redraft leagues can look to Eric Ebron as a streaming option as he should get a heavy workload with Doyle out of the lineup. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 10. [MIN - RB Dalvin Cook plans to play Week 4]( Source: St. Paul Pioneer Press - Chris Tomasson Minnesota Vikings RB [Dalvin Cook]( (hamstring) has been ruled out for Week 3 but is confident that he will be able to play in Week 4. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Without Cook on the field this week against the Bills, Latavius Murray makes for a great play for DFS players and redraft fantasy GMs. Cook will return to his starting ways in Week 4 and he's a RB1 anytime he's on the field. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 11. [NO - J.T. Barrett back on practice squad]( Source: NFLCommunications.com Free-agent QB J.T. Barrett was signed to the New Orleans Saints practice squad Friday, Sept. 21. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Barrett will continue to develop as an 'off again, on again' player for the Saints. We'll see if he can harness the athleticism and arm strength he showed in college at Ohio State into a spot on the 53-man roster. In super crazy deep dynasty leagues we'll keep monitoring his progress. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 12. [PHI - RB Corey Clement expected to play](=) Source: The Philadelphia Inquirer - Jeff McLane Philadelphia Eagles RB [Corey Clement]( (quadriceps) should be able to play in the Week 3 game despite being listed as questionable for the game. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Clement was a late addition to the injury report on Friday and the word is that was done as a precautionary move. The Eagles are down Jay Ajayi and Darren Sproles, meaning Clement will be their lead back against the Colts on Sunday. Wendell Smallwood and Josh Adams could get a few touches behind him. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 13. [SEA - S Earl Thomas's status uncertain]( Source: The Dallas Morning News - Jori Epstein Updating a previous report, Seattle Seahawks FS Earl Thomas (personal) missed practice Friday, Sept. 21, due to personal issues, according to head coach Pete Carroll. His availability for Week 3 is unclear at this point. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Thomas isn't as crucial against a toothless Cowboys passing game, but this is a curious absence. We'll be watching this to see if there's anything to the possibility that Thomas is being traded.
