Source: ProFootballTalk.com - Mike Florio
Atlanta Falcons WR Calvin Ridley is already having an impact on his teammates, particularly his defensive teammates. S Ricardo Allen credited Ridley for being a disciplined route-runner and moving like a veteran. 'I just want to see when he becomes a veteran how much better a player he's going to be,' Allen said.
[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
Ridley was arguably the best wide receiver in the 2018 NFL draft, and he often draws comparisons to Hall of Fame WR Marvin Harrison. Like Harrison, Ridley is a fantastic route runner who does not tip off where he's going and then explodes out of his break. Ridley should be a welcome addition to an offense that sputtered last year in the red zone. Opposite of Julio Jones, Ridley should be able to take advantage of single coverage each week. Fantasy owners are drafting Ridley at WR45 (10.06) in 12-team PPR leagues.

2. [ATL - OC on the hot seat?](=)

Atlanta Falcons offensive coordinator Steve Sarkisian could be on the hot seat entering the 2018 campaign. The Falcons brought in Greg Knapp to work with the quarterbacks and also assist on the offensive game plan.
[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
The Falcons offense was painfully average last year in Sarkisian's first season of running the offense. They were 15th in the league with 22.06 points scored per game, and the Falcons scored 187 fewer points than they did with Kyle Shanahan running the show in 2016. The Falcons official website reported earlier this month that Sarkisian said he is more comfortable heading into his second season.

3. [DET - Teo Redding could make team](
Source: ESPN.com - Michael Rothstein
Detroit Lions WR Teo Redding showed special teams ability and consistently made big plays during minicamps, according to ESPN's Michael Rothstein, who believes Redding could make the final cut if the Lions carry five receivers on their roster.
[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
Redding was picked up as an undrafted free agent after the 2018 NFL draft. Coming out of Bowling Green, Redding caught 94 passes and 14 touchdowns in two years as a starter in college. Listed at 6'1" 171 pounds, Redding needs to put on some more muscle to stand up to the beating he's going to take in the pros. The Lions seem set with their top four receivers (Golden Tate, Marvin Jones, Kenny Golladay, T.J. Jones), so Redding is competing for a spot on the depth chart behind those guys. We'll monitor him in super deep dynasty leagues.

4. [WAS - Trey Quinn impressive thus far](
Source: ESPN.com - John Keim
Washington Redskins WR Trey Quinn has shown strong hands and quickness out of his breaks during the offseason, according to ESPN's John Keim. Quinn is currently best-suited for the slot, but the team hopes he can learn additional roles. Head coach Jay Gruden referred to Quinn as a 'very quarterback-friendly target.'
[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
A seventh-round pick out of SMU in the 2018 NFL draft, Quinn is a reliable target who can help move the chains. He's what scouts call a 'zone beater' and can find the soft spots to sit down against that type of defense. Quinn is competing for a spot on the depth chart behind Paul Richardson, Josh Doctson and Jamison Crowder.

5. [LAR - Samson Ebukam locked into starting job](
Source: ProFootballTalk.com - Charean Williams
Los Angeles Rams LB Samson Ebukam had a "tremendous spring" in winning a starting job, according to defensive coordinator Wade Phillips.
[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
A fourth-round pick out of Eastern Washington in 2017, Ebukam has the ability to get after the passer measuring in at 6'3" 240 pounds. He explodes to the play and has natural violence when he arrives at the ball carrier. Ebukam needs to develop more moves as a rusher and not spend as much time getting locked onto his blocker in order to be a quality player for the Rams defense. It sounds like his 2018 is off to a great start.

6. [JAX - DJ Chark's athleticism 'off the charts']()
Source: FirstCoastNews.com - Mike Kaye
Jacksonville Jaguars WR DJ Chark worked mostly with the second team offense during the third phase of the team's offseason program, 'routinely (catching balls) on passes heaved beyond the reach of the defensive backs in coverage,' according to Mike Kaye of FirstCoastNews.com.
[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
Chark had incredible tools on display during his college career at LSU. His numbers weren't off the chart because the Tigers don't have quality quarterback play, but Chark was impressive at the Reese's Senior Bowl earlier this year and could be one of those players that is better as a pro than he was a collegian. He's got the speed to take the top off a defense early and often. Chark will need to prove he can be more consistent as a pass catcher and improve as a route runner to maximize his potential as a pro.

7. [HOU - Keke Coutee making push for slot job](=)
Source: Houston Chronicle - Aaron Wilson
Houston Texans WR Keke Coutee is off to a 'good start' and is set to challenge [Braxton Miller]( for the slot receiver job after running sharp routes and catching the football smoothly during OTAs and minicamp, according to the Houston Chronicle's Aaron Wilson.
[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
Another day, and another report about Coutee making a positive impression. Fantasy owners have taken note, and the rookie from Texas Tech is going to draw a lot of interest from the fantasy community during the preseason. The Texans have DeAndre Hopkins and Will Fuller on the outside, but Coutee can use his speed and quickness to work the underneath routes. With a robust passing game that has QB Deshaun Watson throwing the rock, their no.3 wide receiver could have flex appeal in PPR leagues.
