Head coach Andy Reid said Friday, Nov. 3, the team is unlikely to summon help from the practice squad. He's a viable desperation WR3/Flex because of the matchup against the Cowboys and the potential for a high-scoring game. Jones (knee), DL Aaron Lynch (calf), OT Joe Staley (eye), DL Solomon Thomas (knee) and CB K'Waun Williams (quadriceps) did not practice and are out for Week 9 against the Arizona Cardinals. LB Reuben Foster (ankle, ribs) was limited in practice and he is questionable. RB [Matt Breida]( (knee), OT Trent Brown (concussion), LB Brock Coyle (shoulder), LB Elvis Dumervil (non-injury related), OG Brandon Fusco (biceps) and S Eric Reid (knee) practiced in full and were removed from the injury report. Terrelle Pryor and Josh Doctson should also get on the field more this Sunday, but against a tough Seahawks pass defense. 'Feed the beast,' offensive coordinator Harold Goodwin said of Peterson. 'It's like an old stove. The more wood you put in it, the hotter it gets. We've just got to make sure we feed him the ball so he can get comfortable.' [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Peterson is a borderline RB1 this week with six teams on bye and a very favorable matchup against the 49ers banged up defense. CB Donte Deayon (ankle) is questionable. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] The Giants were already one of the weaker teams in the league at linebacker. Missing two key contributors makes the positive matchup for tight ends even better. Vernon has been out since Week 5, weakening the pass rush and overall quality of the defense. The outlook is good for the Rams offense this week, especially when factoring in Giants #1 corner Janoris Jenkins' suspension.
