[NYG - WR Odell Beckham Jr. hauls in two TDs](=) Source: The Associated Press New York Giants WR [Odell Beckham Jr](=). racked up nine receptions for 79 yards and two touchdowns on a game-high 13 targets. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Beckham had a highlight reel touchdown to pull the team even and did everything he could in his first game near 100% this year. He's back to being an elite WR1 heading into a matchup with Tampa. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 2. [CAR - WR Kelvin Benjamin appears to be fine]( Source: NFL.com - Ian Rapoport Updating a previous report, Carolina Panthers WR [Kelvin Benjamin](=) (knee) did not suffered a major injury, based on early indications, a source said Sunday, Sept. 24. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] If he can be ready to play for next week's game against the Patriots, he'll be a decent boom/bust WR3/Flex considering the number of points New England has given up this year. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 3. [NYG - TE Evan Engram reels in five balls](=) Source: The Associated Press New York Giants rookie TE [Evan Engram](=) had five catches for 45 yards on seven targets in Week 3 in Philadelphia. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Engram was able to play after suffering a concussion Monday night. He's been very steady for a rookie tight end and is a low TE1 heading into a matchup with Tampa Bay. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 4. [NYG - WR Brandon Marshall posts eight catches](=) Source: The Associated Press New York Giants WR [Brandon Marshall](=) managed eight receptions for 66 yards on 11 targets in Week 3 at Philadelphia. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Marshall's fantasy pulse is no longer flatlining, but the Giants won't air it out to this extent in every game. He's more bench fodder than flexworthy at this point. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 5. [NYG - WR Sterling Shepard explodes for 133 yards, TD](=) Source: The Associated Press New York Giants WR [Sterling Shepard](=) posted seven receptions for 133 yards and a touchdown in Week 3 at Philadelphia on 10 targets. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Shepard had a long touchdown to keep the Giants even in the second half, but it wasn't enough as the Giants went to 0-3. He'll be worth flex consideration next week against the Bucs defense that couldn't contain Case Keenum today. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 6. [NYG - QB Eli Manning throws for 366 yards](=) Source: The Associated Press New York Giants QB [Eli Manning](=) completed 35 of his 47 pass attempts for 366 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions in the Week 3 game at Philadelphia. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Manning and the Giants offense was in dire straits after multiple missed fourth downs, but they recovered behind strong play from Odell Beckham and Sterling Shepard in the second half to almost save the game, but the team fell short. Next week, he'll face a Bucs defense that has been bipolar so far this year. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 7. [PHI - TE Zach Ertz busy in Week 3 victory](=) Source: The Associated Press Philadelphia Eagles TE [Zach Ertz](=) posted a game-high eight receptions for 55 yards and one touchdown on 10 targets in Week 3 against the New York Giants. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Ertz had a drop on a sure touchdown but then Carson Wentz went right back to him in a good sign for the trust factor. He's the most consistent fantasy tight end to date, but next week is facing the Chargers defense that just shut down Travis Kelce. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 8. [PHI - WR Alshon Jeffery posts four receptions](=) Source: The Associated Press Philadelphia Eagles WR [Alshon Jeffery](=) posted four catches for 56 yards on eight targets in Week 3 against the New York Giants. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Jeffery drew Janoris Jenkins at times and was held down by the Giants pass defense. He'll be a boom/bust WR2/WR3 against the Chargers next week. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 9. [PHI - QB Carson Wentz throws for 176 yards, TD](=) Source: The Associated Press Philadelphia Eagles QB [Carson Wentz](=) completed 21 of his 31 pass attempts for 176 yards, a touchdown and no interceptions in the Week 3 game against the Giants. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Wentz was kept in check by a Giants defense that got Janoris Jenkins back today. He'll face a Chargers defense with a great pass rush, but one that lost one of their top two corners for the year. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 10. [ATL - QB Matt Ryan strong in Week 3]( Source: The Associated Press Atlanta Falcons QB [Matt Ryan](=) threw for 294 yards and two touchdowns but suffered three interceptions Sunday, Sept. 24, in a 30-26 win over the Detroit Lions. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Ryan's offense settled for field goals as often as they scored and he had costly interceptions that allowed the Lions back in the game. He's still a fantasy QB1, but has underachieved this year. The Bills defense is underrated and up next for Ryan. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 11. [DET - QB Matthew Stafford strong in Week 3]( Source: The Associated Press Detroit Lions QB [Matthew Stafford](=) threw 25-for-45 for 265 yards and one touchdown in a 30-26 loss to the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday, Sept. 24. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Stafford could have had two and a solid fantasy day but Golden Tate was just short of the goal line on what should have been the game-winning score. Stafford has a tough matchup next week against the Vikings, but is still deserving of low QB1 consideration. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 12. [MIA - WR DeVante Parker has good Week 3 outing]( Source: The Associated Press Miami Dolphins WR [DeVante Parker](=) (ankle) caught eight passes for 76 yards and a touchdown in a 20-6 loss to the New York Jets on Sunday, Sept. 24. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Parker produced almost all of his numbers in garbage time, so this doesn't improve his outlook that much. Next week, he'll be a boom/bust WR3/Flex against a vulnerable Saints secondary. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 13. [NYJ - WR Robby Anderson leads receiving corps]( Source: The Associated Press New York Jets WR [Robby Anderson](=) caught three of his six targeted passes for 95 yards, including a 69-yard strike from QB [Josh McCown](=), in a 20-6 win over the Miami Dolphins on Sunday, Sept. 24. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Anderson had a deep score that was his specialty last year. The targets won't be consistent and he has a tough matchup against the Jaguars next week, but his dynasty stock is intact even while the Jets go through quarterback transitions. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 14. [NE - Two touchdowns for WR Chris Hogan](=) Source: NFL.com New England Patriots WR [Chris Hogan](=) caught four passes for 68 yards and two touchdowns against the Houston Texans in Week 3. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Hogan was left completely alone on his long score, in a scene that should be repeated as defenses try to track Rob Gronkowski and Brandin Cooks. He'll be a high ceiling WR2 heading into a matchup with Carolina. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 15. [DEN - RB C.J. Anderson struggles in road loss](=) Source: The Associated Press Denver Broncos RB [C.J. Anderson](=) rushed eight times for 36 yards in the Week 3 loss in Buffalo and he added two catches for seven yards on his only two targets. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Anderson looked like one of the most valuable backs in fantasy football last week, but this week he is in a committee and one that is about to get more crowded. He's still a decent RB2 play next week against Oakland with his value trending down. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 16. [DEN - RB Jamaal Charles runs for 56 yards, TD](=) Source: The Associated Press Denver Broncos RB [Jamaal Charles](=) rushed nine times for a game-high 56 yards and a touchdown in Week 3 in Buffalo and he had one catch for just one yard. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Charles was in basically a 50-50 committee with CJ Anderson, but he won't get more than that because of his knees and Devontae Booker is due back soon. He's a limited ceiling flex play, but it's good to see flashes of his old burst. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 17. [DEN - QB Trevor Siemian takes step back](=) Source: The Associated Press Denver Broncos QB [Trevor Siemian](=) completed 24 of his 40 pass attempts for 259 yards, no touchdowns and two interceptions in Week 3 at Buffalo. He also ran three times for 12 yards. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Siemian looked like a potential QB1 after two weeks, but the Bills defense was game in this one and made the Broncos settle for field goals more often than they had been in recent weeks. Next week against Oakland, Siemian will get streaming consideration again, but he looks mortal now. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 18. [NE - TE Rob Gronkowski posts 89 yards, TD](=) Source: NFL.com New England Patriots TE [Rob Gronkowski](=) caught eight passes for 89 yards and one touchdown against the Houston Texans in Week 3. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Gronkowski doesn't look quite as strong or fast as years past, but the numbers are there and Tom Brady is still looking to him in crucial situations. He's the most valuable fantasy tight end heading into a matchup with the Panthers. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 19. [BUF - TE Charles Clay finds end zone in win](=) Source: The Associated Press Buffalo Bills TE [Charles Clay](=) posted six catches for 39 yards and a score in Week 3 against the Broncos. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Clay is likely going to be the second-most targeted player on the Bills after LeSean McCoy. He's a viable low TE1 heading into a matchup with the Falcons. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 20. [BUF - RB LeSean McCoy bottled up in win](=) Source: The Associated Press Buffalo Bills RB [LeSean McCoy](=) rushed 14 times for just 21 yards in Week 3 against the Broncos, although he did shake free for 48 yards on seven receptions. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] McCoy was able to save his day in PPR leagues as the Bills leading receiver again, but defenses are keying on him and taking away the running game. He's still an everyweek play, but our expectations are down, especially with Mike Tolbert getting 11 carries today. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 21. [NE - Brandon Cooks has breakout game](=) Source: NFL.com New England Patriots WR [Brandin Cooks](=) caught five passes for 131 yards and two touchdowns against the Houston Texans in Week 3. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Cooks had near misses in the first two weeks that turned into hits in this game. He's a boom/bust strong WR2 heading into a matchup with the Panthers. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 22. [NE - RB James White not a big factor](=) Source: NFL.com New England Patriots RB [James White](=) rushed for 17 yards on five carries against the Houston Texans in Week 3. He also caught one pass for 11 yards in the game. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] White was a big disappointment with Rex Burkhead out. He wasn't able to become a core part of the offense and appears to be a matchup flex play at best right now. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 23. [NE - RB Mike Gillislee held in check](=) Source: NFL.com New England Patriots RB [Mike Gillislee](=) rushed for 31 yards on 12 carries against the Houston Texans in Week 3. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] The downside of Gillislee was apparent in this one as the Patriots scored all five touchdowns through the air. He's a boom/bust RB2 against Carolina next week. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 24. [NE - QB Tom Brady throws for five TDs](=) Source: NFL.com New England Patriots QB [Tom Brady](=) went 25-for-35 for 378 yards and five touchdowns against the Houston Texans in Week 3. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Brady took a ton of hits, but hung tough and put together one of the best game-winning drives of his career. He might be ahead of Aaron Rodgers as the most valuable fantasy quarterback heading into a matchup with Carolina. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 25. [NYJ - RB Bilal Powell rebounds slightly in Week 3]( Source: The Associated Press New York Jets RB [Bilal Powell](=) ran 15 times for 37 yards and scored one touchdown in a 20-6 win over the Miami Dolphins on Sunday, Sept. 24. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Powell will be a low-end flex/RB2 next week against the Jaguars defense if Matt Forte's toe injury keeps him out. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 26. [HOU - TE Ryan Griffin reaches end zone](=) Source: NFL.com Houston Texans TE [Ryan Griffin](=) caught five passes for 61 yards and one touchdown against the New England Patriots in Week 3. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Griffin has a good connection with rookie quarterback Deshaun Watson and CJ Fiedorowicz is out for a long time, so he could have some value going forward. He'll be a streaming tight end consideration against Tennessee next week. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 27. [HOU - WR DeAndre Hopkins continues strong play](=) Source: NFL.com Houston Texans WR [DeAndre Hopkins](=) caught seven passes for 76 yards against the New England Patriots in Week 3. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Hopkins is going to see a lot of targets and a lot of coverage. He'll be a steady PPR play with a high floor, but lower ceiling than years past. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 28. [MIA - RB Jay Ajayi leads ineffective running game]( Source: The Associated Press Miami Dolphins RB [Jay Ajayi](=) had 11 carries for 16 yards Sunday, Sept. 24, in a 20-6 loss to the New York Jets. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Ajayi had no effect on the game as the Jets seemed to have the tough run defense that was near impossible to crack in recent years. He'll still be in our lineups against the Saints next week, but this was a scary outcome in what should have been a good game. We'll be watching his practice reports this week to see how his knee responds after missing two practices last week. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 29. [HOU - RB Lamar Miller rushes for 56 yards](=) Source: NFL.com Houston Texans RB [Lamar Miller](=) rushed for 56 yards on 14 carries against the New England Patriots in Week 3. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Miller is looking more like a low ceiling flex than the RB2 he was drafted to be with D'Onta Foreman continuing to eat into his workload. He's difficult to drop because of the investment, but Miller has little use in fantasy leagues right now. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 30. [HOU - QB Deshaun Watson throws for over 300 yards](=) Source: NFL.com Houston Texans QB [Deshaun Watson](=) went 22-for-33 for 301 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions against the New England Patriots in Week 3. He also rushed for 41 yards on eight carries during the game. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Watson played in the eye of the storm and did everything he needed to for the Texans to come away with a road win at Foxboro, but Tom Brady did him one better. He's looking like a good streaming quarterback heading into a matchup with Tennessee. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 31. [IND - TE Jack Doyle quiet in Week 3 win]( Source: The Associated Press Indianapolis Colts TE [Jack Doyle](=) managed just two catches for 16 yards on five targets in Week 4 against the Browns. He also lost a fumble. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Doyle came up small in a matchup that yielded big numbers against tight ends over the first two weeks. Jacoby Brissett had a great connection with Doyle in Week 2, but it was TY Hilton with the big Week 3. Even if we don't play Doyle next week, he should stay on rosters with Andrew Luck due back soon. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 32. [IND - WR T.Y. Hilton goes off in Week 3 win]( Source: The Associated Press Indianapolis Colts WR [T.Y. Hilton](=) racked up seven receptions for 153 yards and a touchdown on nine targets in the Week 3 win against Cleveland. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Hilton finally broke out against a suspect Browns defense. He'll be a much riskier play next week against Seattle, but Hilton's outlook is on the rise with Andrew Luck likely back in a few weeks. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 33. [IND - QB Jacoby Brissett busy with his feet]( Source: The Associated Press Indianapolis Colts QB [Jacoby Brissett](=) completed 17 of his 24 pass attempts for 259 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions in Week 3 against the Browns and he added five runs for 14 yards and two scores. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Maybe Brissett just needed some time to get familiar with the offense. The Browns are not one of the better defenses in the league, and Brissett will come back to earth against the Seahawks next week, but it looks like the Colts made a brilliant preseason trade acquiring him. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 34. [CLE - WR Rashard Higgins disappoints in loss]( Source: The Associated Press Cleveland Browns WR [Rashard Higgins](=) managed just two receptions for 10 yards on six targets in Week 3 at Indianapolis. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Higgins was a hot waiver wire pickup this week, but he was a non-factor with DeShone Kizer throwing the ball 47 times. He's droppable heading into a matchup with the resurgent Bengals defense. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 35. [CLE - RB Duke Johnson shines in road loss]( Source: The Associated Press Cleveland Browns RB [Duke Johnson](=) rushed twice for 23 yards and a touchdown in Week 3 at Indianapolis and he added team-highs with six receptions and 81 yards on seven targets. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] The Browns have to get Johnson more involved as probably their best offensive play at this point. He is starting to riff with DeShone Kizer and could be a viable PPR RB2/flex going forward. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 36. [CLE - RB Isaiah Crowell does little again]( Source: The Associated Press Cleveland Browns RB [Isaiah Crowell](=) rushed 12 times for 44 yards in Week 3 at Indianapolis and he added two grabs for 10 yards on three targets. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] The Browns tried to get Crowell going early, but the Colts opened up a big lead and Crowell was marginalized for the rest of the game. After being drafted as a fantasy RB2, Crowell is barely startable as a flex heading into a matchup with Cincinnati. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 37. [MIN - WR Adam Thielen nearly reaches 100 yards](=) Source: NFL.com Minnesota Vikings WR [Adam Thielen](=) caught five passes for 98 yards against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 3. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Thielen wasn't in many lineups today after the Vikings Week 2 struggles on offense, but that probably won't happen again. He has turned into one of the better downfield receivers in the league, and the Vikings offense is taking a lot more shots downfield with a better offensive line. He's a fantasy WR2 against the Lions next week. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 38. [MIA - QB Jay Cutler has mixed results in Week 3]( Source: CBSSports.com Miami Dolphins QB [Jay Cutler](=) threw 26-of-44 for 220 yards with one touchdown and one interception in a 20-6 loss to the New York Jets on Sunday, Sept. 24. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Cutler was a dud againast a generous Jets defense. Without a garbage time score, he would have only been better than Joe Flacco today. Even against the suspect Saints defense, it will be tough to plug Cutler into our lineups next week. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 39. [MIN - WR Stefon Diggs scores twice](=) Source: NFL.com Minnesota Vikings WR [Stefon Diggs](=) caught eight passes for 173 yards and two touchdowns against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 3. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Diggs was outstanding and ruled a downfield passing game that was almost non-existent last week. He's back to being a WR1 for fantasy even without Sam Bradford on the field. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 40. [MIN - RB Dalvin Cook a big factor for Vikings]( Source: NFL.com Minnesota Vikings RB [Dalvin Cook](=) rushed for 97 yards and one touchdown on 27 carries against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 3. He also caught five passes for 72 yards during the game. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Cook was the engine of the offense on the first drive and helped the offense find their way after a tough Week 2. He's a no brainer RB1 heading into a matchup with the Lions next week. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 41. [MIN - QB Case Keenum throws three TDs]( Source: NFL.com Minnesota Vikings QB [Case Keenum](=) went 25-for-33 for 369 yards and three touchdowns against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 3. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Keenum was a revelation after the Steelers made him look powerless to move the ball last week. The Bucs defense was stifled Mike Glennon last week, but couldn't slow down Keenum, who might get another start next week against the Lions as the Vikings can feel like they should take their time with Sam Bradford now. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 42. [TB - TE Cameron Brate finds end zone]( Source: NFL.com Tampa Bay Buccaneers TE [Cameron Brate](=) caught four passes for 33 yards and one touchdown against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 3. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Brate scored when the game was basically decided, so we can't get too excited about his useful fantasy day. He does have a great matchup against the Giants next week and appears to be clearly ahead of rookie OJ Howard in the pecking order for targets. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 43. [CLE - QB DeShone Kizer has mixed results]( Source: The Associated Press Cleveland Browns rookie QB [DeShone Kizer](=) completed 22 of his 47 pass attempts for 242 yards, two touchdowns and three interceptions in Week 3 at Indianapolis. He also added seven runs for 44 yards and a score. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Kizer was uneven and not safe with the ball as usual, but he kept plugging away in the second half and put up a very good fantasy day in the process. The Browns are going to stay with him through thick and thin, and he will be viable in weeks that he plays lesser defenses. We're not sure if the Bengals are one with Vontaze Burfict coming back next week. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 44. [TB - WR Mike Evans has solid outing]( Source: NFL.com Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR [Mike Evans](=) caught seven passes for 67 yards against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 3. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Evans was held in check by Xavier Rhodes and only a catchup game script helped him put up a solid PPR fantasy day. He could see a lot of Janoris Jenkins against the Giants next week, but has to stay in our lineups. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 45. [NO - Just one touch for TE Coby Fleener]( Source: The Associated Press New Orleans TE [Coby Fleener](=) managed just one reception for 21 yards on his only target in Week 3 at Carolina. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Fleener had a good Week 1, salvaged Week 2 with a garbage time score, and was a non-factor in Week 3 as the Saints controlled the game. He'll have a good matchup next week at Miami, but is on the fringe of startable fantasy tight ends. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 46. [NO - WR Michael Thomas posts 87 yards, TD]( Source: The Associated Press New Orleans Saints WR [Michael Thomas](=) posted seven receptions for 87 yards and a touchdown in Week 3 at Carolina. He was targeted a team-high eight times. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Thomas had five catches for 50 yards and a score on the first drive and could have had a huge day if the Saints weren't in control for the whole game. He's starting to pay off on the top 15-20 pick he cost in fantasy drafts heading into a matchup at Miami. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 47. [NO - QB Drew Brees tosses three TDs in win]( Source: The Associated Press New Orleans QB [Drew Brees](=) completed 22 of his 29 pass attempts for 220 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions in the Week 3 win at Carolina. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Brees had one of his best outdoor road performances of his Saints career. He targeted Michael Thomas often early, found Ted Ginn deep and played a nearly flawless game against a Panthers defense that hadn't given up a touchdown this year. He'll get the Dolphins on the road next week. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 48. [CAR - WR Kelvin Benjamin nearly invisible]( Source: The Associated Press Carolina Panthers WR [Kelvin Benjamin](=) posted just two catches for eight yards on his only two targets in Week 3 against New Orleans. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Benjamin left early with a knee injury and didn't return. He was set up for a big day against the Saints secondary, but even if he can play against the Patriots next week, Benjamin will be a risky play with Cam Newton's struggles throwing downfield. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 49. [CAR - WR Devin Funchess leads Carolina WRs]( Source: The Associated Press Carolina Panthers WR [Devin Funchess](=) posted four catches for 58 yards on 10 targets in Week 3 against New Orleans. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Funchess got open deep but was missed badly by Cam Newton. He could be the #1 target against the Patriots next week, but it's a lot to ask Funchess to be the top downfield receiver with a limited track record. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 50. [CAR - RB Christian McCaffrey busy in pass game]( Source: The Associated Press Carolina Panthers rookie RB [Christian McCaffrey](=) racked up nine receptions for 101 yards on a game-high 11 targets in Week 3 against the Saints and he added four runs for 16 yards. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] McCaffrey is going to have to shoulder the passing game with Greg Olsen out and Kelvin Benjamin hurt. While it's bad news for the 2-1 Panthers, it's good for McCaffrey, especially in PPR leagues. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 51. [CAR - QB Cam Newton lifted late in loss]( Source: The Associated Press Carolina Panthers QB [Cam Newton](=) completed just 17 of his 26 pass attempts for 167 yards, no touchdowns and three interceptions in Week 3 against the Saints and he was lifted late in the blowout loss. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Newton still doesn't look right and he was off on multiple throws today. He didn't produce in a matchup that was supposed to be very fruitful for fantasy football. He was pulled with about five minutes left for Derek Anderson. Next week, Newton gets another easy defense in New England, but he is impossible to trust right now. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 52. [TB - WR DeSean Jackson catches TD]( Source: NFL.com Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR [DeSean Jackson](=) caught four passes for 84 yards and one touchdown against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 3. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Jackson came through when the game was basically over and even though the stat line was solid, this was a bit a disappointment with Xavier Rhodes on Mike Evans. Jackson will have another positive matchup next week if Janoris Jenkins is on Evans. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 53. [TB - QB Jameis Winston has up and down game]( Source: NFL.com Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB [Jameis Winston](=) went 28-for-40 for 328 yards, two touchdowns and three interceptions against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 3. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Winston got most of his production when the game was basically out of hand, but it counts just the same. He is facing a tough Giants defense next week in a potential matchup to avoid. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- That'll do it for today, Folks.
