A Message From Our CEO  Hi , That’s a wrap. We got through it together. 2020 star

A Message From Our CEO  Hi , That’s a wrap. We got through it together. 2020 started with optimism - doesn’t every year - and then it became the most transformative year ever. The digital economy burst to life like we’d never seen before. So too for the digital asset sales industry - there is no turning back! The option to exit is now real for most digital business owners. The platforms underpinning this industry saw unprecedented growth. As an example, Shopify saw growth of 71% in Quarter 2, compared to Quarter 1. And, in 2020, investors poured more than $1billion into various companies to support the acquisition of Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) businesses. And, that’s just one business model. Expect more hyper growth buying groups setup to buy small, profitable digital businesses across every other business model in the year to come. You should all expect digital asset sales to boom in the coming years. Quite simply, there will be many more mature assets available to meet the insatiable buy-side demand. Don’t forget, the average age of a business acquired on Flippa is 3-years old. Here at Flippa, it’s been a really successful year and we are very grateful to the community for supporting our platform in it’s 12th year of operation. We truly do believe that we have only just begun. There were some momentous achievements this year. Total Transaction Volume, i.e. the value of all assets sold on Flippa, is up 124% when comparing the second half of the year to the first. And, we surpassed 3 million registered users with this group representing 54 million searches and over 18,000 asset sales. As a company, we devote ourselves to helping you. [Your stories are our heart and soul]( Be it the small digital business owner who wants to exit, or an investor looking for growth through acquisition. We’ve learned a lot this year and we have never been more determined to support the community. We’ll continue to think bigger and create innovations to help you own your future. For now, thank you for being a part of the Flippa community and we can’t wait to see you in 2021.
