April was a month full of insight here at Flippa and I'm excited to share some of the details with you.     A Message From Our CEO  Hi , Another month into a tumultuous period and we have reason to celebrate. If you own a site, store or digital property right now, you are beautifully poised to capitalize on a changing world. I’m sure you already know that... The [Adobe Digital Economy Index]( reported digital commerce is well up. eCommerce is up 49%, online grocery sales up 110%, electronics sales up 58% and apparel sales are up 34%. That’s unprecedented. And, here at Flippa we reported a massive 24,000 new registered buyers in April. May is up on that again - we’re on track to sign up a buyer a minute! This group of new buyers is looking to kick start their path to ownership and enjoy value creation that has benefited the relatively small few that have come before them. Why? Buying an existing site, store, app, or digital property fast tracks your own path to growth, it provides immediate, or near immediate cash flow and investment return, and most importantly it puts you in charge. Buyer preferences have also slightly shifted and we have a unique insight into those trends. Adsense searches have again jumped. The volume of searches for Adsense is now up 5 places to number one. And there’s a few other big movers. Searches for Fitness related sites and stores are up 9 places to number four and Education is up a whopping 25 places to number five. These are the Top 10 searched categories on Flippa for April 2020: 1. Adsense 2. Blog 3. Amazon 4. Fitness 5. CBD 6. Education 7. Dating 8. SEO 9. Health 10. News If you own a site in one of these spaces you should consider listing today. To understand the value of your site you can check out our [new valuation bot here](. Taking inspiration from the Top 10 searches in April, these are my five best picks for May. 1. Blog:  [9-year old Wedding blog](. Weddings are coming back! It was listed as one of the top 100 wedding blogs on [weddingblogs.com]( in 2012 and in 2015 won an Editor's Choice Award at the Wedding Blogger Awards. 2. Amazon:  [2-year old Amazon Pet store](. They sell dog life jackets and a pet memorial picture frame. Revenue is steady and has bounced back. Low maintenance and mostly automated. $1,399 Net Monthly. Price Range: $20-30k 3. Fitness:  [Fitness Fighters]( is a 3-year old Amazon Affiliate site reviewing exercise equipment and training accessories. Revenue has peaked in April and May to $2,200 monthly. Undisclosed Reserve. 4. Adsense:  [Tattooza]( is a 4-year old Adsense powered content site about tattoo design and art. Strong domain authority and 85% of traffic is organic. Very strong keyword coverage and additional content expansion opportunities. Making $300 - $450 monthly. Reserve: Undisclosed. 5. News:  [KnowledgeNuts]( is a 7-year old sold with fact-based articles about random topics. Very high domain authority and consistent earnings. Making $1,000 - $2000 monthly. Reserve: Undisclosed. Keep searching. Reach out if I can help in any way. I'm at CEO@FlippaMarketplace.com.
