A Message From Our CEO  Hi , We are obviously concerned about the impact of Coronavirus - COVID-19. First and foremost, we hope that you, your family, and your friends are safe and healthy. Secondly, we’re hopeful that your business efforts and undertakings can continue with minimal interruption. Clearly, the markets have been rattled and small businesses are reporting a significant slow down. In this space, we may actually see some increased liquidity in the marketplace. Digital asset and website owners may look to secure cash reserves and buyers or investors with disposable income will look to snap up well priced / commercially sound apps, sites and stores.  What can you do now? I have spent some time over the last few days consulting with both the buying and selling community. With some recommendations from the broader marketplace these are the tips that we are living by and I hope they are helpful to you and your business. - Protect Your Employees The virus is changing the way we work. Draw up a plan to support your staff and their needs. Establish new ways of working and setup two-way communications to get a pulse on the environment. - Establish a COVID-19 Response Team This could be a team or a one man show. Define goals for the next 48-hours, execute quickly and adjust continually. Think about what you can do each day to impact traffic, usage, cost, and revenue. - Understand your Customers Know who buys from you regularly. These customers are those who can provide the insight and may insulate you from major disruption.  As you would expect, we have cancelled our Texas Roadshow and the global Flippa team are now working remotely. We will be announcing a range of webinar events in the coming days. Our availability has not changed, our marketplace is thriving and we are here to help. Feel free to get in touch with me directly at CEO@FlippaMarketplace.com or a member of the support team at Support@Flippa.com. Finally, we encourage the whole community to follow the guidelines set by the World Health Organization, The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and your local government authorities. We are in this together. Stay healthy. Stay positive. Reach out if I can be of any assistance. Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
