I definitely understand this feeling because it has happened to me - and on more than one occasion. And it sucks. I can honestly say that I am not the greatest at money management (luckily I have Melissa to help me out!) but if my back is against the wall I will figure out how to make more! And the cool thing is that every time I've been in the position that I need money right away, my flipping gig has always pulled through! Perfectly good TEAK tables and two metal chairs. They should easily sell on marketplace for over $200. ​ I really don't have a lot of free time for projects, but these should clean up quickly and sell great once I get them posted. This was also at a different dumpster and it was so interesting looking! It's wine corks glued to a backdrop. It's been there several days and I keep debating to get it just because it's cool and I feel like someone would want it right? ​ For now it still sits by the dumpster. Should we go back and get it? Flip Of The Week I've been working on cleaning up my shop area and had this toll booth sitting for a while. (Random I know) I had planned on fixing a piece of glass and selling it on ebay for $2000 to $3000, but instead I just listed it locally as is for $500. ​ So not as much as I could have made but still a $400 profit with no extra fees attached.
