Could you imagine purchasing an item online, mailing a check to the seller and then waiting 2 weeks to get your item after the check cleared to the sellers bank? NO WAY right?! Well that's how things used to be in the wild wild west of ebay! A recent comment on social media had me going all the way back to when I first started selling on the platform - all the way back in 1996! Yep, back in the 1900's as kids these days like to say. Let me just tell you how different things were back then! There were so many more hurdles to jump through to make an ebay business work.
