Below I set out in detail with examples my number 1 tip for growing niche sites. FYI, today is the last day that you can get access into my course. Closes tonight at midnight. => [Grab the course here](. --------------------------------------------------------------- What's my number 1 tip for making a niche blog a success? For context, especially if you don't know my background, I've been a full time niche site blogger since 2012. I've largely focused on one site since 2014 but I do have a portfolio of other sites, some of which earn mid-four figures per month. They're what I call add-on sites that together earn well. Now that you know the context, what's my number 1 tip for making this business work? The answer is simple for me because it's the one method I've used that's worked for multiple sites. Here it is... Find an angle in your niche that other sites don't cover well and publish great content that exhausts the angle. Here are two parameters to look for: 1. There should be some search volume behind it. It doesn't have to be much; 20 to 100 monthly searches will do for each keyword. 2. It's repeatable within the niche or topic. In other words, the approach should offer up many potential articles. Example: Okay, what I set out above is a bit vague. Here's an example. Way back in the day when I started learning about WordPress to set up a blog for my brick and mortar biz I spent endless hours research WordPress themes for my business site. I tested so many. I was obsessed with investing in the best theme platform. It was a lot of money for me so I didn't want to waste money. What ended up happening is I became an expert on themes for a specific business. I decided to start a side blog about it and published several articles based on my research. It had not been done. My content ranked fast. I started making money. It boiled down to finding an in-demand topic that wasn't well covered. Another example: Software I love software content. Ever since my first success blogging about themes way back in the day I've often incorporated software topics into my niches. Here's the thing... there are apps and software for every niche. Often it's not well covered. I don't care if there's an affiliate program or not. I just want eyeballs. The ads pay quite well. What if there isn't any software specific to your niche? Then you're really in luck. You can write about some general software that people can use within the niche. For example, if you blog about a breed of dog, you can write how some fancy to-do app is invaluable for tracking important dates and feeding schedules for taking care of your dog. How can you find these opportunities? It does take digging but here's my favorite way to discover these opportunities: Look at sites in other niches and see what keywords they rank for. Are there any angles they're succeeding with in that niche that you can apply to your niche that would be novel? What I set out above is my number 1 tip in this business. That's just the starting point in any niche; helps you get a foothold in the niche. If you want to learn a lot more nuanced, helpful angles and methods to grow a niche site, get in my course. => [Join my course and the forum here](. I'm confident you won't be disappointed.
