On August 26, 2022 I completed all my work for a 165 article niche website in 5 hours. In 5 hours I did the following: - Registered a brandable domain, - Launched the site on WordPress, - Had a logo made (in literally 30 seconds), - Did all keyword research for the entire site, - Ordered 165 articles, and - Sent instructions to a VA to publish all articles as they were delivered. Once that was done, my role was finished. Now I wait for my VA to finish publishing all the articles. Should be done in a week or two. I'm also waiting for the traffic and revenue. That will take time. That's fine with me (it's the nature of this business). It's a contained niche topically. It didn't fit on any of my other niches. It's trending hard. I decided to go for it. The first article was published on August 29. There are now 119 articles published. It's not been one month since I published the first article and it's already getting search traffic: What's left to do? Not much. - I need to take some photos for the site. - I should write some affiliate articles down the road. There's some gear used in the niche. - Get ads and affiliate links added in due course. How much will this site earn? My goal is no less than $1K per month but it could go as high as $5K per month. It's not going to be a huge site but it should be a nice little cash cow. How much did it cost? I've spent about $13,750+/- in total. That includes images, VA time and content. If the site tops out at $1,000 per month, which values the site at $40K, that's a very good return given I invested 5 hours of my time into it. Anything above $1,000 per month is a windfall. If I only monetize with ads, assuming a $30 ad rpm (very reasonable given the niche), the site need only get 1,000 daily visitors to hit my $1,000 per month goal. To break even, the site need only earn $344 per month (that's $11.50 per day). You can now watch the entire process in a series of 9 over-the-shoulder videos I show you every step of this process in a brand new module in my course. I don't reveal the niche. For the video series, I use a similar niche going through the exact same process. You can find this module in [my course]( in the "Niche Site Reports, Templates, Tools and Experiments" section. Here's what to look for: ¢Â€Â‹ Those are all over-the-shoulder videos. I refer to it as a "24 Hour Niche Site Build" because it might take you that long. The point is the entire process goes fast if you know exactly what to do. I even go through quick n' dirty keyword research processes to get rolling fast. Just follow along in your niche. Works for clusters as well This entire process isn't restricted to a new site. You can do it for topic clusters for your site. I do. I've bought a lot of courses over the years and the one thing I always appreciated the most was the actionable, step-by-step modules taking away much of the guesswork. That's what this one module does. The keyword research and any other parts of the course (it's huge) goes into more depth. This new video series shows you the absolute simplest way to get rolling so that you can get going fast. NOTE: If you do not outsource the content, obviously it will take longer to finish the site. But you can have an entire game plan ready in only a few short hours. From there it's just a matter of getting the content published. => [Get this new video series and much more in my course here](. Course closes Sunday at midnight. After that you won't be able to get access for quite some time. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
