Sometimes a good look in the mirror can help identify where the real problem in your business growth is... ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ Hey ! Today we're going to talk about a struggle I see a lot of business owners have before they even open their ad account in the morning. And this is the number one thing that is stopping brands from scaling super aggressively. It has nothing to do with the media buying, or conversion rate, or any other concrete marketing issue that may or may not be occurring in the business. More often than not, scaling challenges don't come from ad issues, but rather, founder issues. YOU are most often the number one reason why you scale. I'm going to get into the ad side in a second - don't worry, this isn't another soppy mindset rant your overpaid 'life coach' gives you. When it comes to eCommerce growth, I see this all the time. Founders get profitable at about $1,000 per day in spend, and might even be doing upwards of $100,000 in sales with that. Yet when it comes to scale, they just don't push. Scaling is a BIG topic, with a lot of conversation around it. People think it's some big, scary, ROAS-eating monster; and that whenever you begin to scale, your CPAs will skyrocket and your returns will hit the floor like my jaw did when Jennifer Aniston did that strip scene in 'We're the Millers.' The reality is, if you know how to do the media buying right, scaling is not that difficult. There are some complexities, but I've literally broken it all down for you in prior pieces I've written. If you piece that all together, you WILL have all the knowledge and info you need to scale to $10-20k/day in profitable spend. Most often, there's a huge mental barrier that's stopping people from scaling. They're either: 1) Happy with where they are, so they stop pushing themselves to grow. 2) Afraid that scale will mess up their profitability. Let me address these two points individually... If you're happy with where you are, that's great. Kudos. But you've crushed the greatest challenge there is in the world of online marketing. You've managed to make your offer convert. This is, undoubtedly, the biggest obstacle when it comes to this stuff, and is the reason why so many corpses are left in the wake of the successful. The number one reason for failure in this industry is being unable to convert, and you've just overcome that! So capitalize now. Scale as aggressively as possible, because that's going to be far less of a challenge than the obstacles you faced getting here and will yield a far greater ROI on your efforts from here on out. Secondly, as we mentioned, people are scared of their returns messing up. And like I said, if you do everything I've taught you up until this point, that won't be a problem. The main objection I anticipate to that is "my markets not big enough" or "I've reached saturation". Consider this: You can spend $1,000 per day per 1,000,000 people in your audience. I'm willing to bet if you're spending a thousand bucks a day, you've got a lot more than 1m people across those audiences. So you're not even close to the tipping point. Hope this is a good kick for you guys to push the boundaries and skyrocket your growth. For some, piecing it all together may be a little tricky. For others, you may just want someone else to do it for you. If either of those sound like you, you need to apply for a call to see how we can grow your brand: [( Don't be afraid to push the limits.
