Before you open up chatGPT again, consider:
1. Your overall brand strategy. Which products are your 'hero' products, bringing in the customers? How can you market these from different angles to hit different customer segments? How can you introduce new hero products to scale laterally?
2. The sales pages within this strategy. How can you optimise them for a higher AOV or CR? What was the last split test you ran?
3. Your content. Do you have a systemised and incentivised UGC collection funnel? How many different creatives are you testing weekly?
4. Your retention marketing. What add-ons can you introduce to increase LTV? Can you introduce a high level membership? Recurring payments? Exclusive members only access?
