If I had a nickel for each time I was asked this question ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ I get asked each time I reopen CopyHour... "Will CopyHour teach me how to get clients?" To which I reply like the loving fatherly figure I am... with a firm yet tender tone... "Yes, CopyHour helps you get clients but not in the traditional way." I think far too many copywriters put the cart before the horse. They're so worried about getting clients they forget that the best way to get clients is to get really good at writing copy. Which client is better? - The client who asks you to pitch them. - Or the client who you have to pitch. Not everyone can understand the profound difference. When you get good at copywriting... and it's not an overnight thing, but it can happen quickly to dedicated writers... people slowly start to come to you. Clients start to get wind of you. There's a guy or girl out there who's got "it"... Word-of-mouth starts as a trickle and ends in a flood, especially when it comes to copywriters. This is exactly the type of copywriter that CopyHour seems to produce. Sharp, dedicated copywriters who generate word-of-mouth because they show up to work on their skills each and every day. And because they've hard-wired the concepts and "language" of seven figure copy into their brains. People like Ian Stanley who got a job at Credit Secrets because he told his future boss that he handwrites (using CopyHour) every day. "I didn't think people actually did that." was the boss's reply. And the success stories go on... Dan Ferrari, Ning Li, Austin Lee, Jamie Lynch, Randall Pruitt, Sarah Mueller, Lindsay Sacks, and yes, even that Sam Parr copy cat guy. But getting good at copywriting is only step 1. In order to freelance successfully, you need to know... - How to get the attention of clients - What to say to those clients - What kind of work they're expecting from you - How much to charge them - How to charge premium prices (even if you're new) Get all these right and you can eventually be a copywriter making six figures — from scratch. This is why I run small, intimate group coaching sessions as an add-on to CopyHour for new (and up-and-coming) freelancers where I teach you all of this... that I call CopyHour Group Coaching. If you want to use CopyHour for getting clients, make sure you add the Group Coaching option to your order after checkout. It's the "upsell" after you join CopyHour (side note: you'll learn the basics of writing upsell copy in the course). First things first though, make sure you join CopyHour beause the cart is closing down on Sunday at 11:59pm Pacific. You can't join after that -- the course starts on Monday January 8th. In 2024 there will only be 2 opportunities to join a CopyHour group. So it'll be a long time before we're back open. The good news is though, since I've changed the offer a little bit, I've lowered the price of CopyHour but not forever. This is the best price you'll ever get so move fast. It's only $297 for CopyHour or you can use the 3-pay option for just $99 today. Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
