Even though he says itâs not âkill them with kindnessâ it kind of is. Gary Vee does a good job of making his [default response to angry comments be empathy](. Nobody who is having a good day takes the time to be mean to strangers on the internet. I find the same thing Gary found: the vast majority of people will flip immediately to positivity. Then, sure, there is a minority that is set on destruction. Block them.
