Hi {NAME} - Cheers to a happy and healthy 2021! Hi {NAME}, On behalf of the ChurnZero team, we wish you a happy and healthy 2021. As our teams look ahead to next year, I wanted to share 2 tips I recently passed along to my own CS team: - Proactively reach out to your customers with a message to end the year on a positive note. Thank them for their partnership in the last year, let them know when you will out of the office, and set an excited tone working together in the new year. - Review your 2020 successes and struggles and set goals for yourself for the new year. Plan how you’re going to work towards those goals and set manageable steps for strong start Q1. Don’t be afraid to challenge yourself; new year, new energy! If you're finding that a Customer Success solution is your next step in CS maturity, let me know. A member of my team is happy to discuss the impact ChurnZero can have on your team in 2021. [See ChurnZero Live]( Feel free to reply directly to me or schedule a time using the link above. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
