Especially now, as many of us are practicing self-quarantine and social distancing, taking care of your mental and emotional health as a cancer patient, survivor, caregiver, or loved one is incredibly important.  The American Cancer Society’s 24/7 helpline for answers and support is available to you during this time, no matter what part of the cancer journey you are on.  Here are some more tips for maintaining emotional and mental well-being during these difficult times: [text message] Spend time with family and friends. While you are social-distancing, this may mean more texts and phone calls, experimenting with video calling, sending an email or e-card, or joining online support groups.
