The Railroad Commission is a three person panel in charge of the millions of barrels of oil and gas Texas produces every year. The Commission is one of the most powerful environmental and utility regulators in the world. The blackout? That was them. Higher gas bills? Yep, their fault. Climate change? Theyâre behind that too. [Luke Warford is running for Railroad Commission to educate Texans about the power we have to address climate change, and leave a cleaner Texas for everyone.
