What's the Deal With Flex Lewis? [Flex Lewis]( Courtesy of @flex_lewis on Instagram The wait is…maybe not over. Since Flex Lewis retired from the 212 Division as the seven-time Mr. O in 2018, fans have eagerly awaited his debut in the Men’s Open division. He took 2019 off to get swole. In 2020, an injury kept him on the sidelines. And then, the anticipated arrival of his second child took precedence over competing in 2021. Three years since stepping down, Lewis’ path to the Men’s Open Olympia stage isn’t a guarantee. He’ll need to win a Men’s Open show to qualify for the 2022 Mr. O or receive a special invite from the Olympia, which Chief Olympia Officer Dan Solomon says hasn’t been issued yet. READ: [Can Flex Lewis Qualify for the 2022 Mr. Olympia Contest?]( --------------------------------------------------------------- Exclusive
Mature Strength [Bodybuilder Kevin Malone]( Courtesy of @bigkev700 Does your 12-week diet seem long? Well, Kevin Malone doesn’t want to hear it. The quinquagenarian has been training consistently for three decades and has 245-pounds of lean mass and a 760-pound deadlift to show for it. Malone is a lifetime natty who leaves the light weights in the corner. He carves out his championship-caliber physique with heavy pulls, squats, and presses and an airtight diet — over and over and over again. Think Bill Murray in Groundhog Day with way bigger biceps. LISTEN:[Bodybuilding Over 50 (With Kevin Malone)]( --------------------------------------------------------------- Athletes

Last week, the 2018 AC winner revealed his plan to thicken his lats to no doubt fly to the apex of the AC podium and then the Olympia. READ: [Bodybuilder Breon Ansley Intends to Bring Thicker Lats to the 2022 Arnold Classic]( --------------------------------------------------------------- News
