Last day for a dollar-for-dollar match on your monthly gift Need to give your inbox a break? for two

Last day for a dollar-for-dollar match on your monthly gift Need to give your inbox a break? [Pause fundraising messages]( for two weeks. Audubon members come together in defense of birds. That’s true this Giving Tuesday, and it’s true across the board. Make no mistake, the past four years have been tough, with key conservation rules and policies weakened or outright scrapped. But we’ve also won victories against difficult odds—just this summer, we won in the courts to uphold the MBTA. And as the administration continues their fight with appeals, we need you at our side to defend birds no matter what the future brings. That’s more important than ever in this moment, as we weather the outgoing administration’s final attacks on birds. [Stay steadfast with Audubon in the critical days to come: Start your dependable monthly support before midnight tonight, while our Giving Tuesday match—now extended—doubles your first three gifts.]( [Donate Now]( [DONORS NEEDED:]( [171]( [MATCH AMOUNT:]( [$15,000]( [National Audubon Society]( [Common Loon with a common loon baby on its back]( Common Loon. [This has been an amazing outpouring of generosity for birds. But we still need YOU.]( [GIVING TUESDAY 2020]( [DONORS NEEDED:]( 171 [MATCH AMOUNT:]( $15,000 [Donate]( 2x match for new monthly donors We’ve seen an incredible outpouring of support for birds this week for Giving Tuesday, and we’re grateful to everyone who’s come forward with a monthly gift. But the challenges of the coming months—the final days of this administration, during which we expect a fierce volley of last-ditch anti-conservation attacks—will take everything we’ve got. That’s why we’ve extended this Giving Tuesday match just one more day. [Please don’t miss this FINAL chance to do your best for birds: Start your monthly gift before midnight tonight, while your first three months will be doubled.]( During their term, the outgoing administration has gutted some of our most basic, bedrock environmental protections. For nearly 50 years, the Clean Water Act lived up to its name and ensured safe drinking water for people and wildlife alike. What could be more essential than clean water? Yet the administration has stripped its protections from millions of miles of wetlands and streams, threatening the water birds need to survive. And that’s just one example of the 125 environmental laws they’ve undermined in the past four years. It adds up to an unprecedented wave of threats to birds. With only months left in office, they’re bound to redouble their anti-conservation attacks. [But that’s where you come in.]( Together, with your support, we’ll hold firm for birds in these final, dark days, then after inauguration, we’ll look ahead with hope to begin rebuilding what’s been broken. That’s going to mean restoring protections that they’ve rolled back. It’s going to mean re-establishing conservation as a national priority. It’s going to mean hard work—but it’s also an opportunity to build the hopeful future birds and people deserve. It won’t be easy, and we can’t do it without you. [Be their for birds with a monthly gift now: it’s a simple yet powerful way to help birds rise above the challenges ahead, and today is your last chance to double your impact.]( This extended match ends for good at midnight tonight, so please don’t delay.
