Hi {NAME}, The fresh start of the new term is really in the air in my house. My 2.5 year old Fern has started nursery (and is loving it) and her big brother is settling back really well after a huge summer holiday. I’m so proud of them. 🤗 And for me it means… a little more time to paint! 🎉 The last time I was in the studio, I painted a Mexican Ivy flower (officially known as Cobaea scandens). Do you know the ones? They’re the most beautiful things 😍 And I’d been longing to paint this one ever since I photographed it. The shot was one of those magical moments where some wildlife came into view just as I was pressing the button. Perfect timing 🐜🐝 This was such a joy to paint that I just had to share my process with you, in case you’d like to paint it too. In my latest [free mini class]( I show you the process I followed: I hope you’re feeling inspired to paint this beautiful Mexican Ivy flower and cute little insects. If you enjoy the video, please [leave me a comment](. I love reading them! With love, Anna Xoxo p.s.
