"How to be a successful blogger?" That’s the question I get asked the most. If you ask me this via social media or email, I’ll probably give you bite-sized advice. But, for this email, I want to do the asking this time. "What is your current blogging strategy?" If it’s "write blog posts, share them on social media, and repeat," then I have bad news for you: You are wasting your time, money, and effort. Granted, writing content and sharing them on social media are important. But if your entire strategy revolves around these two things, you’ll never cut through the content noise. What is the content noise, you ask? Put simply, it’s a term used to describe the collective whirlpool of value-less content published on the internet. Let’s look at the facts: - There are nearly two billion websites online as of 2020 - Content publishers, including bloggers like you, post a grand total of 5 million articles per day - There are over 60 million WordPress blogs today - On top of that, there are over 440 million blogs on Tumblr With such a massive amount of content on the internet right now, countless small bloggers don’t get the attention they deserve. At one point, I had the same strategy as these "under-the-radar" bloggers. I wrote content, shared them on social media, and called it a day. As a result, I struggled to attract quality traffic — let alone make money with my blog. Some of the challenges I faced were generating social media engagement and improving my search engine rankings. That was until I perfected my blogging approach, called: "Authority-Based Blogging" Cool name, huh? When I was new to blogging, I was misled by the phrase: "build it and they will come." And I did build. I created a professional-looking website and spent late nights to write informative content. I also made sure to share my content across multiple distribution and promotion channels. Unfortunately, they certainly didn’t come. With Authority-Based Blogging, you quite literally DIG a shortcut to blogging success with the help of top-notch content creation and promotions. It is the result of my many months of experimentation. It wasn’t pretty at first, but once I figured out what works, I was catapulted to blogging success. Here are the reasons why this approach is so darn great: - It works in practically EVERY niche - You don’t have to wonder what to do next anymore — your roadmap to success is clear as crystal, baby - You’ll be the TOP DOG in your industry - Blogging will actually become an easily repeatable and enjoyable routine - You can get MAXIMUM results with the LEAST amount of work required - Avoid wasting money on strategies that will fail If all of the above sounds lovely to you, you’re on the right track. In my next email, I’ll show you how to acquire the "Master Blogger" mindset to get measurable and scalable results from your blogging efforts. The thing about Authority-Based Blogging is, you need to believe in it. That’s why it’s really important that you DON’T miss tomorrow’s email. I’ll give you a hint: wait for the subject line "I have a confession to make" I can’t wait to show you how it all works! Cheers, Ankit P.S. I’m really glad to be a part of your blogging life, which is why I gotta ask: what’s your blog niche? Feel free to reply to this email — I’ll be waiting!
