6 questions to start 2024 strong. {NAME} – tomorrow is the first day of 2024. Before I sign off for the year (lol I always chuckle when people say that)… I wanted to pop into your inbox real quick to wish you a very happy 2024. Cheers to the beginning of a beautiful New Year...🥂 One filled with more ups than downs, more wins than setbacks, more laughter than loss and more gratitude than grouchiness 😉 I’m so thankful for our time together in 2023...And cannot wait to show you what we have planned for you this coming year. But mostly, I can't wait to help you reach your biggest goals this year, {NAME}... Just like my Launch Pad Grad, Abigail, did in 2023👇 This could be you in less than 1 year, {NAME}... And to help you get started, I have a fun New Year’s Eve ritual for you… This has become a tradition that I do with my Reignmakers every single year… And I hope you’ll find it as powerful as I do! So, grab a journal, light a candle and reflect on the following questions: Question #1 – What would have to happen in 2024 to make it your best year ever? Describe your ideal business, life and work day – dream big and be specific (i.e. $$, number of clients, dream house, travel, etc). There are no rules here – just write. Question #2 – What are 4 goals you’d need to accomplish in 2024 to make this a reality? List them out in order (as stepping stones to your big dream)! Tip: Think of one goal to accomplish every quarter to get you closer to your big 1-year goal. Question #3 – What might STOP you from making this a reality? (i.e. procrastination, imposter syndrome, other excuses not to get started) Our brains are designed to come up with reasons why things WON’T work… While this is good (sometimes) in order to keep us safe, there is no room for these limiting beliefs when it comes to designing your dream life! So list them out so you can watch out for them 👀 Next… visualize your future self. Close your eyes, take some deep breaths and envision yourself one year from today. Question #4 – What are the traits, experiences and skills you possess that helped you easily overcome those obstacles in 2024? Remember – your personality isn’t permanent. Who do you have to become to achieve your goals in 2024? You can do this! Question #5 – How will you make it happen? Create your 2024 plan. This one is about taking that beautiful dream and making it ACTIONABLE. Let’s start with the first goal you listed in question 2… What are 5 things/tasks you can do THIS WEEK to bring you closer to that goal (i.e. invest in yourself or skills, set aside time to learn, plan your week ahead of time to stay organized). And lastly... Question #6 – What’s your word for 2024? ✨ Review everything you wrote and come up with your word – or theme – of the year... This word will help guide your path and make radically aligned decisions that move you toward your goals. Last but not least, remember... Success is NOT about being perfect 100% of the time...It's about doing your best 80% of the time...And giving yourself grace the 20% of time things don't go as planned. The habits, beliefs and values you prioritize today are setting the tone of who you will become tomorrow, next week, next month and next year... So let’s collectively say BYEEEEE to all that bullsh*t that isn’t going to serve us in the new year... And HELLOOOO to everything that’s going to lift us up. We're in this together. Happy New Year, {NAME}... Alex P.S. My word for 2024 is amplify 🔥 ABOUT: Welcome to the Copy Posse, you’re now part of the raddest, baddest crew of copywriters on the Internet over 500,000 strong.
