If you can, set aside a couple of hours each day to join the daily training (or to watch the replay if you can't make it live), but even if you miss a day completely, don't throw in the towel. How long are the sessions? The live sessions happen at 9am and 1pm Pacific Time and should last for around 60-90 minutes each...
