Or if your last blog post was 2 years ago… Or if your About Page is 3 measly sentences telling people where you grew up, where you went to college and your favorite hobbies… I hate to break it ya… Your website is probably losing you customers. I mean, it’s 2023… Consumers expect more from the websites they visit. They crave a connection with the brands they do business with. They want to know why you’re here, why you do what you do, and exactly what led you to be the person, brand, and business that you are today. They want to feel like they actually know you...
