My sassy alter ego

It all started on a rooftop in Moscow… You might not know this about me, {NAME}... But I have an alter ego and her name is Sasha Storm ⚡ This is her story… It all started in 2017, while I was on a mastermind trip in Moscow with a group of other entrepreneurs. Almost immediately upon landing everyone started calling me Sasha (fun fact: Sasha is the Russian short-form name for Alexandra)... And I won’t lie, I loved the alter ego it brought out in me. Sasha is powerful, confident and takes no shit. One bright afternoon, my friend and I were having espresso martinis on the rooftop of the Ritz Carlton, discussing the ups and downs of building a business. You see, it was 2017 and I had been a freelance consultant and copywriter for about 6 years… And, while I loved my clients, my creative work and my freedom, I couldn’t help but shake this deep sense that there was something else I was meant to be doing… A deep yearning was brewing inside me and I was terrified by what it all meant. I couldn’t shake this feeling that something big was coming – but only if I took the risk to bet on myself and trust my own creative superpowers. Could I do it? Well, it wasn’t long before I got the confirmation I needed… As I glanced down at Red Square below, a random thought popped up in my head… “I think a STORM is coming,” I said to my friend… He chuckled because, at that moment, there almost wasn’t a single cloud in the sky. Yet to our astonishment, about 10 minutes later, the sky darkened, the clouds rolled in and the wind started. “Get inside, now!” the hotel staff yelled as weighted umbrellas started lifting off the ground 11 floors up… And that, my friend, is how I knew Sasha didn’t mess around and how Sasha Storm came to be… The woman who can conjure the power of the cosmos to create whatever she damn well wanted… As long as she trusted in herself. Thinking back to that day on the rooftop, the discussion I had with my friend, and everything that has happened since, {NAME}...
