Hi {NAME}! Not sure where I heard or saw this, but it goes something like: Your living space is a reflection of your mental state. Do you believe in this? To me, it makes sense. We often ignore things like this kasi part na siya ng usual routine natin without realizing na affected pala ng environment natin ‘yung “flow” natin throughout the day. Especially if you’re working from home. Now, why is it important to have clean work space? I mentioned above the major reason: Your physical space has an impact on your well-being and productivity. So when you start decluttering and maintaining an organized space… Not only will you have a neat place, you’ll also have clarity of mind. And when you have a clear mind, mas open ka to positive emotions… Plus, since malinis ang paligid mo, wala kang distractions. Because walang distractions, it’s easier to focus and be productive. But the reality is, not everyone is fortunate to have an entire room as their home office. Mas common ‘yung nasa living area, or anywhere in the house na may available space para sa PC or laptop. Not to mention na since it’s a work-from-home setup, Marami sa’tin ang may mga kasama sa bahay. HAHA! Kidding aside, there’s a way for you to still have focus and be productive… It all boils down to making a habit of being organized. It could be as simple as conditioning your mind that when you’re in a specific space at home at a specific time, work mode lang dapat. Here, mapa-practice rin ang discipline mo. Now, if you’re somebody who doesn't consider yourself as organized, but you want to be one… You can start with decluttering your inbox. How many unread messages do you have? HAHA! Start sorting and categorizing your emails. Same with your PC or laptop files. Gaano kalinis ang Desktop mo, {NAME}? ‘Yung Downloads folder mo, kumusta? HAHA. Delete files you no longer need. As for your physical space naman, better pa rin talaga if malinis ‘yung paligid mo. If hindi talaga kaya, try mong mag-work facing a white wall. The point here is to lessen as many distractions as possible. :) Simplify your life – your surroundings. Or ibenta mo para may extra money ka. Up to you. Sobrang daming benefits when you start decluttering your space… But for this email, ang main focus natin is how your physical space affects your mental state. I shared with you some suggestions you can start applying right after reading this email. Now, I want to know, can you somehow relate to what I’ve shared today? If “yes”, anong realization/s mo? Ano ang uunahin mong i-declutter? If “no”, how do you stay focused despite seeing all these distractions around you? Let me know your insights by replying to this email. :) Rooting for you, Mark Darwin Balaswit Sent to: {EMAIL} [Unsubscribe]( Top Dog Copywriter, Barangay Commonwealth, 1121 Quezon City, Philippines
