Hi {NAME}! We’re down to the last few days of 2023. May new year’s resolution ka na ba na hindi mo rin naman maa-accomplish like all the past years? Joke! HAHA! Whatever your plan for 2024 is, I hope the No. 1 thing you prioritize is to take consistent action… Because everything you set on doing will just be a wish waiting to happen until and unless you get serious in taking action and making it happen. That’s why taking action will always be key in achieving your goals. Now, in the past week, we have started discussing ways on how you can continuously learn and master copywriting. So far, we’ve talked about… - Joining copywriting communities - Staying ahead of the trends - Exploring more and diversifying your portfolio - Requesting for constructive feedback Today, I’ll share with you the last recommendation I have for you if you really want to master copywriting and become a highly paid copywriter. This is the most obvious one, but it involves more than just the investment of your time and efforts. Although you can do this without spending money… More often than not, if you really want to get high quality resources, you’d have to invest money as well for you to… Continuously improve your skills And the fastest way to master copywriting is to invest money by enrolling in courses created by practicing experts. I want to emphasize on “practicing experts” because with all the courses and programs sprouting these days… Maraming nagke-claim na “experts” sila in a certain field. But if you look closely, they don’t have results to show naman with regard to what they’re teaching. So whenever you’re planning to invest your hard-earned money in a course or program… Do the necessary precautions ah? Make sure they walk their talk. Meaning, they’re teaching based on experience and not just based on theories they’ve collected from various resources. Also, you can continue learning and mastering copywriting naman without shelling loads of pesos… Pero like with enrolling in courses, make sure you also pre-qualify ALL of the free resources you’re consuming… Kasi baka mamaya, outdated na pala ‘yung inaaral mo, sayang naman ‘yung time and effort you’ve put to learning it, ‘di ba? If it’s still not obvious, all of the ways to learn and master copywriting that I’ve shared with you are all interconnected. You’d want to be part of copywriting communities so you can keep up with the trends as well as get insights on the best resources you can get for specific skills you want to hone. And through improving your skills, you can request constructive feedback from the experts in your community, and eventually, diversify your portfolio in the process. Does this make sense now, {NAME}? A piece of advice na lang din siguro if you plan on investing money in improving your skills… Be committed in implementing whatever you’ll be learning… So you can get the ROI from investing your hard-earned money. Remember, the ROI doesn’t always equate to the amount of money invested… Maximizing the course or program you enrolled in, and taking action based on what you’ve learned are also a form of ROI in terms of taking your skill to another level. It might not manifest early in monetary value… But as long as you continuously take consistent action in mastering copywriting and implementing what you've learned… So you can get the results you need as proof of your credibility to attract more clients... You’ll eventually achieve your income goals as a copywriter. Cheers to your continuous growth and the new year ahead! :) Rooting for you, Mark Darwin Balaswit P.S. Wala akong ibinebenta dito ah? HAHA! Baka kasi may magtanong na naman. 😅 Siguro next year, meron na. Abangan mo na lang. HAHA!
