Tuesday Update! Serenity, Sushi and Surveys!

  Hello {NAME}, How are you this week, my friend? I hope you are finding some mindfulness and serenity this week! I had an exciting day yesterday, where I was asked to host an online workshop for the employees of Zappos International for their Mindfulness Monday series! The workshop was called "Sushi and Serenity", where I walked the group through how to make hand rolled sushi at home and also dove into my journey with depression and anxiety as an entrepreneur! What I love about this workshop, is that it combines two of my favorite things: food and connection. I love to use food as a vehicle to connect, tell stories, and have a much more intimate interaction beyond an incredible meal!
